    UFC 2's ragdolls were occasionally over the top, but mostly spectacular! They added so much replay value, even with the sub-par striking mechanics (which are awesome in UFC 3, btw)

    I've attached a couple of stiff looking knockdowns. As people have mentioned before, they really hurt the replay value of the game, and become very repetative quickly.



    Man. We desperately need the rag doll system back.

        I can't post a video right now but there are a few animations which need to be removed entirely.

        Specifically the animation where the losing fighter gets KOd and just freezes up but remains standing then slowly sort of falls down. It looks so terrible.

        There needs to be momentum carried across on almost all KOs but muted from what we saw in ufc2.

        Honestly the majority of my KOs have looked good which makes the really unrealistic ones break immersion even more.

              I'm hoping this is just a testing phase for the KO animations and the retail version will have a mixture of pre-rendered and ragdoll KOs.

              Big fan of the unique ragdoll KOs.

                Please bring back the ragdoll for Kos just give them more weight so they don't go flying.thats were we all can meet in the middle.everyone can agree that these animations have to go it's not 2003.we can't have euphoria so ragdoll is the best option

                  Seems pretty clear that the majority want the ragdoll physics back. I wish it would come back so bad and get ride of all the pre rendered knockouts. The knockdowns are fine being pre rendered and I quite enjoy them. But the kos need to be ragdoll

                          5) The fight instantly ends and camera zooms in. I recognized this from UFC 1 and the UFC 2 beta. It's like the code was copy + pasted from a version of the game that is outdated, as UFC 2 has this tuned almost perfectly. Feels like an important feature was straight up removed.

                          @GPD: IS there a reason why we can't just have it work exactly like it did in UFC 2?

                            the first link is the bad ufc 3 kos. They seem scripted and stiff and seem like when they get hit the game is trying to render a ko like it doesn’t know which way to drop and it takes a second to load. The second is ufc 2 and showing off how amazing the rag doll looks. It looks realistic.
                            TBF, that's the best of UFC 2 and the very worst of UFC 3

                              Did you play UFC 2? Most of the knockouts were amazing. The ragdoll issues were rare, and were always entertaining when they did happen. The stiff animations in UFC 3 are repetitive as hell, and not entertaining.

                                Actually i think the UFC 2 knockout animation were bad it always looked like someone was playing with the gravity.
                                Undisputed 3 ko were animations but i don't remember any complaints about them
