You were supposed to pressure him and he was supposed to fight defensively.

You abandoned your entire point because he was throwing more knee's than you'd like? Thats called ego.

Wasn't Hammer supposed to pressure? He completely went back on what he said he's supposed to do.

Hammer throws a bunch of a side kicks himself, and knees are meant to get people off of you when it comes to pressure, so Hammer considering when I saw you fight Spider and he had friggin Saki and all you did was throw knees, spinning elbows and side kicks, you can't criticize Zombie for utilizing the same tools you use.


No issue if that's what you're doing to get the dude off of you. I highly doubt anybody is successfully running up on good people throwing nothing but knees.

Knee spam is easy to deal with anyways, I'll like to see the fight.


Anywho with regards to circling and pressure, I'm going to post three unlisted videos once I get back home after practice.

One is dealing with 'Bum' pressure with mainly head Movement.

Another is utilizing the lunges.

And the final one is defending 'jab jab' pressure block break meta against EGonzalez in our quick fight that we did. He had Ponz and I had Thompson.


The main thing I will always talking about, is how advantageous the jab is even from the improper range. If I throw a lead hook at the same time my opponent throws a stuffed pitter patter jab, I should hit stun him and/or win any follow up exchanges. But if he throws an Uppercut hook after the stuffed jab, he'll beat whatever I throw out regardless.

On second thought, I am mad. I'm mad that Laurie was right. I thought it would be a showcase of what is the meta in the game but it wasnt. It was exactly what Laurie said it would be. It was just a ego match

He already tweaked it my friend, check twitter. The Long Term Stamina damage it used to do was vastly reduced, along with the overall heavy penalties from body rocks.

Speed of the combo maybe? But then that would have to be for all combos. If a Jab Uppercut Hook beats getting kneed to the gut followed up by an elbow after a speed tweak at the proper range, I'd be terribly annoyed.

Fixing tracking issues would be better. You guys would start lunging more, although I've been lunging with more success as time has gone on.
