Yeah, it should've gone 3... one of them probably would've fallen asleep in the ring 2 minutes into Round 3 though.

And yeah, I'm on the Kimbo train... I hope he knocks the **** out of Big Country. I guess I like his attitude.. he even said, "I'm not a mixed martial artist, I'm a fighter".. just shows that he knows his limitations and isn't cocky about his overall skillset and will probably be careful to keep it standing. The coaching segments showed him working his *** off and doing decently on the ground, so I hope that's the case... at least he wants to learn though, unlike Roy. Plus, I like his interview segments.

Yes, I had the second round 9-9, I don't care if you can't really do that, neither guy deserved a 10.
James rocked Wes in the second round with a punch followed up by a knee. It was easily the most damaging exchange in the fight.

I would have had it go a third round, but I can see the case for James winning the first round. Those leg kicks arguably did more damage than anything Wes did.

But there's no point dwelling on the fight. It was a complete embarassment. Even looking past holes in their skills (Wes might have negative jiu-jitsu knowledge), both of them gassed so bad so quickly that in the second round of a slow-paced fight there were moments when they seemed to mutually agree to take a breather for five seconds before fighting again. I've never seen anything like that. One guy is literally resting against the cage, and yet the other guy is doing nothing because he's almost as gassed.

So far we've seen four guys fight, and none of them have any business in the UFC. Not a good start to the season.

The second round of that fight was disgustingly bad. It was embarrassing to watch.

I'm definitely pulling for Kimbo this fight. I've never had a problem with him at all. Seems like he's working hard and wants to learn. Hope he gets the win.

So which one of these guys was supposed to be decent [out of the entire cast]? I've honestly never seen a guy put his hands on his knees and hips in the middle of a fight. That display was both hilarious and sad.

The first episode was even more pathetic.

I have extremely low hopes going forward. Can any of these guys actually compete in the UFC?

All it takes is ONE good fighter, right? There's gotta be at least one.

I'm pulling for Demico Rogers. He is apparently my old co-worker's husband, so I'm definitely rooting for him.

                  ?
Roy Nelson is a former IFL champ and fought in EliteXC. Wes Sims fought in the UFC previously. I dont think either of the NFL guys are going to be any good.

Keep an eye on Darrill, aka Titties. He's 10-0 professionally and 5-0 as an amateur. He's been training boxing, judo, and jiu-jitsu for a while, and the guy's still real young.

That being said, he says the area he mosts needs improvement is his wrestling, and he's got a massive size disadvantage considering he's a natural 205'er, so it's very possible that he gets out-wrestled/lay'n'prayed at some point.

Yeah, that's what I thought...I gave him round 2, but Wes did more in round 1, he just gassed worse than early BJ Penn, wasn't sure that was possible

Plus it is very easy to submit him via the "tittie twister"

I thought the fight was pathetic. I also thought Wes "won" it. The other guy got some leg kicks in, but Wes hit him back for most of them to even it out, and managed to take him down, and control him for a while with it.

How two judges scored it 20-18 for the other guy is beyond me. I could have seen a draw, but the other guy winning was a joke. He didn't do any more than Wes did, and Wes managed to take him down both rounds and control him. He should he landed some shots on the ground, though, and failed to really do anything. When he was in that guillotine in the 2nd that he wasn't really locked into, the guy's face was just there to be bashed in, and he should have taken advantage of that.

Had it 19-19. First round to Wes and 2nd to the other dude. I had a strange feeling that Wes was going to throw in the towel if it went another round. He was on the ground shaking his head "no" when they asked him something.

That was one pathetic fight. Me and my girlfriend were just watching in awe. Like are you seriously going to let him put his hands on his hips and rest and not end the fight. After that fight if I was Dana I would be pissed and I would of booted both of them.

If you can't make it through 2 rounds with out near death from conditioning you need to go home and do some more work.

I rate that the worst fight to ever grace TUF.

                                HORRIBLE
