I see Goh.
I do wish to see Gregard get into the UFC ASAP. He and Gil should come over after this next SF card.Comment

With GSP on the shelf, any chances we'll see Jones vs. Anderson Silva? That's really the one guy, outside of Jones moving up to HW (which ain't happening anytime soon) that could defeat Bones.Currently Playing:

Not a chance. Evans/Davis and Henderson are next in line. Silva is out until June and he will face the winner of Sonnen/Munoz and then possibly Bisping later this year if he beats Maia.Comment

To me, the UFC really needs to look at booking Silva into these "super fights" soon, because he's not getting any younger and it doesn't do much good to have him fighting GSP and Jones when he's on the decline of his career.
I really hope Maia beats Bisping; no way does that guy deserve a title shot.Currently Playing:

Sorry, I should've added more to the first post. I was posing this as an end of 2012 fight.

Re: UFC 140 - Jones v. Machida- Dec. 10
After watching Nog's and Mach's fate, I wonder if it was pride that got their asses handed to them. Both of them had to know that they were in no-win situations. TAP! Why get your shoulder dislocated or dropped like a drunkard?
With regards to Machida, it was a bit pleasing seeing him put to sleep. After he touched Jones, he was starting to show some "swag "- dropping his hands, grinning. Basically looking like, "yeah, i got this muhfugga"! That went out the window quick when that forehead got split. Funny as hell!
Anyway, I say let's just enjoy the kid's run.Comment

To me it makes sense. Silva vs. Hendo II isn't drawing any money, and if Sonnen doesn't beat Munoz, Silva vs. Munoz won't draw much, either.
Jones has taken out all the big guns in the LHW division, aside from Rashad, who still needs to handle his business against Davis.
The biggest fights the UFC can make are GSP vs. Silva, Jones vs. Silva and Brock vs. Dos Santos. Outside of that, I don't see too many other PPVs doing big numbers.Currently Playing:

Also Machida didn't have time to tap. Jones locked in the McKensitine. See Cost McKensie from the GSP vs Kos. Ultimate fighter. He was also lanky with long arms, and could change the grip on the guillotine, to make it cut blood from both arteries simutaniously. Everyone caught by the McKesitine passes out in seconds, no time to tap. Noguiera tapped to late.Comment
