Posse, I kinda had that same thought about that situation, but one site did say that his wife died sat night, son died on sunday, and chris took his own life early monday. But when this story first broke I was kinda upset that everyone jumped on Benoit and didnt even think it could have been the wife. Guess we just have to wait and see.

Also some articles are saying neighbors contacted police, and other articles are saying the wwe contacted them after suspicious text messages. I wonder if those messages will ever get released.

Isn't it possible that Chris' wife committed suicide and killed the child, Chris found their dead bodies and took his own life? Why are the authorities only suspecting that he could've committed this crime? I really just hope the truth somehow comes out, but in this sort of situation that isn't entirely likely.

Man, ill tell ya, with this whole text message situation, and the whole comment about the "instruments of death" and how they aren't saying anything about them, and even the "bizarre" comments that were made, I got a feeling this is going to be so twisted that it's even more scary than it is now.

I'm just trying to throw out there some more "theories," it could've been him or his wife. We don't know all of the details, only the stuff the police is letting "leak out" to the public. I just can't understand how a man that has been in a previous relationship (w/ children), would go off the handle and murder his own child and present wife? Like I said, I'm really confused by all of this.

With these theories coming out im really starting to think more and more that there's no swerve coming here, fellas. From what we already know, his pulling out of Vengeance, the text messages, the timing and location of the deaths, and the statements from police, it's far beyond reasonable doubt at this point. The autopsy will simply put the official seal on it. The bizzareness is probably something to do with the actual text messages or how they were killed.

Due to WWE.com removing a lot of Benoit related material, ALL of his merchandise for purchase from WWEshopzone.com. Also the statement on wwe.com stating that they have information about cause of death and text messages from Benoit but arent disclosing them because they are a part of the investigation. however from what has been released coupled with that info, It doesn't look good to those who want to believe Benoit didn't do it.

Yeah, compounding the (alleged) murdering of your wife, committing suicide and killing your 7 year-old son. Those are three acts I could (God willing) never do. But, we also have to remember that these are all allegations and theories of/by the police, so we've gotta wait until real evidence or facts are released.

Man, I'm thinking back to Benoit's reaction to Eddie's death last year, and I can't wrap my mind around the idea that that same guy could've done this. I just hope these reports aren't completely factual/true.

Well whats disturbing is since it happened over a 2-3 day period, it wasnt a moment of insanity, it might have been planned.
