Correct, I think he beat J-A-Double R-E-Double T in a house show in Toronto.

Man I used to love Double J's promos before he made his WWF Debut, lol.

Thunder is apparently on the way to the Network.

Now if we can just get Sunday Night Heat and Superstars, we'll be in show business.

            Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

Stuff like Thunder and WWECW are easier because they had shorter runs and were more recent. There must hundreds and hundreds of episodes of WWF Superstars and WWF Challenge.

And, knowing WWE, they would want to go in and check every episode to ensure it fits their PG rating. What was PC in 1990 ain't PC anymore. Gotta save the kids from those Heenan jokes. And they would want to edit out people they don't have good relations with.

I mean, I feel like most of the attitude stuff is still in there.

Yeah that's not the reason why we don't have Superstars or Wrestling Challenge. You gotta remember those shows were syndicated, what was shown in NY was different from what was shown in lets say Milwaukee.

Pretty much all of it. I think the only thing that's been changed from the attitude era (certainly that I've noticed) from the original run outside of any unlicensed theme music is Jacqueline at Fully Loaded '98, Kat taking off her top at Armageddon '99 and the Owen Hart situation at Over the Edge '99. Probably Jacqueline at Captial Carnage '98 as well, haven't watched that one on the Network yet though.

I didn't see the clip of DX HHH getting the chic to lift her top.

I remember that Jacqueline/Sable Bikini Contest. I rented that PPV on tape from Blockbuster and noticed they(don't know if it was them or if the tape came to them like that)tried to edit out the part when she flashed everyone LOL.

                        Jerry's reaction was priceless. [emoji23]

I believe that's still in. Feel like I remember seeing Shawn reacting to it in the episode it happened.

True, good point. I guess I mostly mean that they will have to go through each episode and figure out what they would want to edit out in general. Whether it's stuff that they don't want referenced, or stuff that they don't have the rights to anymore. Whatever that process is like.

I don't think they're all that concerned about what might be referenced in an old episode of superstars or wrestling challenge, or else they would have edited out Manny Fernandez's pre match promo to Tatsumi Fujinami from AWA Superclash III
