    Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

    Watching Wrestlemania 19.

For the billionth time, can I say how disappointing it is to not hear the Hendrix song whenever Hogan comes out? And of course they dub fake audience sound in to drown out the original song, smh.

I miss those little moments they'd thrown in for WM (and PPVs in general). In this case, during the Hogan/Vince street fight, Hogan tries to hit Vince with a chair, Vince moves and one of the Spanish announcers gets decked.

This era of American Badass Undertaker is underrated to me. Dude was over and awesome.

Not gonna beat a dead horse and talk about the Booker/HHH match, but ... yeah. Triple H hits the pedigree, takes an hour to crawl over for the cover, but gets the 1-2-3. Lol.

Austin's last match. Was supposed to go on last, but Austin was in the hospital the night before. We missed out on so many great moments and matches because of Austin's neck injury.

Wait was that really the plan for Austin Rock to go on last?

That's what I've always heard. On Austin's podcast and/or Bruce Prichard's. And Meltzer before that. It was a day-of decision because of Austin's hospitalization. They weren't sure what he'd be able to do.

Kind of ironic when you consider that Angle ended up going on last with a broken neck, and Brock ended up nearly breaking his during the match.

          Re: WWE Network Discussion Thread

So, WWE is sort of piloting 4 new shows on the Network, to find out what people want to see actually become full fledged shows. They are each about 13 minutes long.

Botch Club with Gallows/Anderson, Arcade Challenge with Austin Creed, Fashion Files Cold Case with the Fashion Police, and WWE Kitchen Smackdown with Bo Dallas and others.

I watched the first three, and I think enjoyed Botch Club the most, even though it really started to drag at about the 8 minute mark. Which isn't the best sign. The quick clips were good though.

Arcade Challenge feels like it could legit work as a full 30 minute show. Almost like something you'd see on the Travel Channel. I'd still rather just stick with UpUpDownDown.

I really wanted to like the Fashion Police show, but man It's hard to see that being stretched to half an hour.

Now I'm just hoping my parents didn't actually spend that much on that game for me.

                  I got an ideal.

We will charge them an upcharge for the $15 video and tell them it’s included for free with the game.

It's crazy that just 3 years prior to that he was coming down to the ring to Badstreet USA with Jimmy Garvin. And then he basically turned into Don West.

The Magnificent Seven? Speaking of things from late era WCW that no one remembers. Imagine being Ric Flair and having to stand there and listen to Scott Steiner butcher the English language as champ. [emoji1787][emoji23]

Watched HBK/Taker from WM25 for the dozenth time, and my favorite part of the match this viewing is ... the fact that the "this is awesome" chant hadn't been invented yet. Crowd was insane, and weren't trying to hijack or get themselves over with chant

Checking out the Mean Gene collection they added...and I have absoutely no memory of a Sheamus & Mean Gene vs Daniel Bryan & Del Rio tag match on a 2012 Smackdown.

                              Anyone remember this?

Also, there's a 1983 AWA Jesse Ventura promo in there too that's actually two videos. First is the promo as I assume it aired, then there's an earlier take of it afterward. Worth putting on to see something different.

No I have no memory of it because I’ve blocked and destroyed all memories of anything the human ambien Alberto Del Rio ever did in WWE.
