You know the company/show is in trouble when even the (dork) owner is moving the goalposts. [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]

I'm trying to understand how Herb Abrams and Dixie Carter were hated, yet this dorky, nepo baby gets a massive pass?

I guess cause he was a dirtsheets loving, e-fed creating fanatic like most members of his audience/the IWC & Carter/Abrams were "outsiders."

Put the phone down, stop worrying about WWE and start building back up your audience.

I don't get why every company winds up this way?

      Just stop talking about WWE!

If you're mentioning a guys past being like "They've been a champ in New Japan, Mexico, WWE!" That's fine.

But constantly bringing up WWE any chance they get, this has to stop. But AEWs primary target are internet wrestling fans and internet wrestling fans love things like that so they'll keep doing it

The thing is bringing up WWE so often, even in a 'good' or funny way like Christian did to Edge, only makes 'casual' fans (or the few casual fans that watch AEW) want to see what's going on there. Or they watch both, so the constant digs don't matter or have little effect. [emoji2377]

A lot of this feels like what was the eventual demise or decline of WCW and TNA, but that's okay cause Kahn is supposedly so rich he can afford it (whatever that means) and he's 'one of us.'

Or maybe I'm overreacting and the next 'Game Changer (!)' will save the day?

I think he's semi in character. Even though he's not supposed to be a character on AEW TV, but he kind of is when he does those post event press conferences. I don't really care. As long as he never does a true heel WWE GM/booker style gimmick. Then he would truly become the thing AEW is supposed to be the alternative to. Just don't let it bleed into their programming.

Like why.... like he made something about his mom's life being saved into a thing about WWE. I'd say he's not in character at all, Elon needs to ban him from Twitter for his own sake.

Yeah, using your mom's real life near - death experience to crap on WWE is beyond 'being in character.' Shad might need to step in at some point and Tony needs a break from social media & running these two companies.

Everyone isn't a psychopath/sociopath like Vince running a company with no sleep, only engaged in the company business, and "poor" (read: sleazy) work/life balance.

Imagine Stephanie McMahon tweeting about AEW signing Adam Cole while Triple H almost died two years ago.

                    That'd be insane.

I mean, HBK "accidentally" liked a tweet criticizing Stephanie a few weeks back....it all makes sense! She and Shawn had a falling out about HBK letting Adam Cole go to AEW and the news almost killed HHH!

That feels like one of those reddit "Hold Up" posts. First half starts off nice, by the end you're like ".......what?"

                          Here we go again....

SD on November will be going head to head with Collision.

It's the 2nd last SD before Survivor Series. They'll definitely do a "Supershow" for that one with Raw and SD talent at that show.

And the Collision/Rampage the night before Full Gear for AEW.

And Tony will act like SD is invading Collisions territory.

Wonder what AEW does for that since they obviously won't put on big matches before Collision featuring talent on Collisions card. Best we'll probably get are a bunch of promos featuring all the top talent from Full Gear?

Im sure he'd just go on a tangent if SD beat Collision in the ratings both of those weeks. Like you dont need to comment on everything that WWE does on Twitter.

I think AEW is doing the "hard cam" wrong, I know photos have been going around talking about low attendance. People say it's the hard cam side, but I was at RAW in Charlotte last month and they had plenty of people on that side but they also didn't have a camera set up right in the middle of the section either.

I feel like it has to be ticket prices.

So many times when prices drop close to the show date they end up being sold so quickly.

And people take notice of what happens in other locations so they'll wait for their city's shows prices to drop, so either it does and they go or it doesn't and they don't bother.
