Re: AEW Off-Topic
That interview was definitely talking about Jeff's last ordeal and not something that just happened.Comment

Re: AEW Off-Topic
I'm not sure if Jimmy's recent (2021) arrest has even been resolved. It's possible he pled down. He was acquitted of his 2019, and convicted in 2013 from what I can find. But I can't find anything regarding conviction/acquittal/etc from his 2021 arrest or Jey's. If they weren't convicted, that's probably why they were still able to enter Canada.
Jeff's DUI charge was also a felony, I believe, while I think the Usos were both charged with Misdemeanors. And Jeff also has his conviction on 3 felonies from 2009 relating to the large amount of drugs at his house.

Re: AEW Off-Topic
Jeff has 3 convicted felonies? Shouldn’t he be in Jail then with the 3 strikes and you’re out law? 1000% possible I have no idea what I’m talking about.

Re: AEW Off-Topic
His other felony is the arrest in Florida last year.
Three Strikes laws are generally for Violent or Serious felonies, and Jeff Hardy doesn't have a history of violent crime.

Re: AEW Off-Topic
I believe he actually has 4. He was convicted of 3 different charges based on one event. That was in North Carolina, where their 3 strikes law only applies to violent felonies; and Jeff's crimes were possession, so he wouldn't apply. He did do 10 days in Jail for that.

Gotcha. That makes sense that it only applies to violent felonies.

Re: AEW Off-Topic
According to multiple reports, WBD is pushing for AEW to go to monthly PPVs. Unless they plan on putting them on Max, if they are expecting me to shell out $50 12x a year...forget it.
Personally, I think the max should be 5-6. I feel like at 12, TV doesn't really matter anymore.Comment
