Is this like a WWE only thing, like do fans only care about certain wrestlers if they are in WWE vs AEW? Like I'm aware the IWC is a small portion of fans but Moxley, Jericho, Danielson, Claudio, Mercedes, Edge and other big names have gone over there with no rating bump or attendance still low for tapings.

Then you got Cody where he was getting booed at the end of his run there, and now he's the biggest babyface in WWE. Would the same happen to Jericho where fans are saying they are tired of him, he needs to go away, etc but the second we hear "Break The Walls Down", fans will cheer him because he's back in WWE.
I just think people are down on AEW in general, and bringing in talent isn't going to make a difference. The Hurt Syndicate being a thing people said they wanted doesn't change the fact that AEW television right now feels ice cold and lifeless. Why it's that way is another conversation.

Producing all these hours of weekly content has been a disaster for them. Feels like there's no direction, and no sense of who the top guys actually are. It's all a convoluted mess of a dozen title belts with no clear meaning to any of it. I look at the Full Gear card and I genuinely ask myself why that show even needs to happen. The It Factor is severely lacking.

Swerve accidentally calling Bridgeport Stamford Connecticut during what was supposed to be a face promo and fans boo him.

Moxley cutting a promo and a fan yells... "Go Back to Roman."

They probably used it because ECW once used it, but AEW kicking off Dynamite with a November Rain video package was great.

People can say what they want about Jericho, but he knows comedic moments.

Lol. Credit for coming up with something other than the usual clichéd garbage contract signing, which always ends the same way. Only thing that sucks about this current version of Jericho is so few people are actually watching the show to see him do it.

I always wonder if Jericho ever returns to WWE, would he even use any of his AEW material, or would he just go in to nostalgic Y2J mode that the WWE fans haven't seen since 2018.

Interesting note from Tony Schiavone during the countdown to full gear. Others probably mentioned it online too, but I never noticed.

Ever since he won the aew world title, how often (if at all) have we ever seen Mox actually physically hold the title?

Wonder if that's symbolic for something too.

Strong vs MJF went on for a good 10+ mins.

                    MJF wins the match.

After the match, MJF grabs a chair, wraps it around Strongs arm, then tries to break his arm.

THEN Adam Cole comes out to chase away MJF AFTER MJF already attacked Strong with the chair, as if Cole only JUST realized Strong and MJF were fighting and MJF was going to do something bad post match...

Maybe KOR was right, Cole took too long.

Ricochet vs Brodie King match was a good one. Liking Ricochet's work lately, on-mic and in-ring.

Whatever cool idea* they have for this storyline I wonder if it will just fade into the overall mediocrity of the product, without really having much of a chance. Like the opposite of a rising tide lifts all boats. When business is good even the mid/lower card stuff is over (see: WWE currently), but when it's down even the good stuff feels less than.

                          * assuming it's actually good

                            Maybe Canada really is bizarroworld...

Collision will be moving to USA Network starting in January despite being a TNT/TBS show in the US, but it'll be a USA Network show in Canada.

However, USA Network in Canada apparently won't be the same as USA Network in the US.

MJF trying his best to use cheap heat and make fun of the Wizards, but the Washington crowd just jumps in and agrees and chants "Wizards suck"!

Then he tries ripping Christmas by bragging about Hanukkah, but the crowd just cheers that too.

Then he goes in on Santa and the crowd just starts a Santa chant.

Then starts a PSA about donating to help support a child in need, aka the "Bay bay"

AEW needs to work on putting big moments in their rightful places. Toni Storm has her return match on Rampage, Julia Harts first appearance in months is on Collision, now they announce Kenny Omegas return isn't even happening in AEW?

He was the most over babyface in the company, then they turned him heel for no real storyline reason. And there are no babyfaces left for him to get heat on. He's more popular and just flat out better than all of them. Maybe if he could feud with himself.
