What an intense game. Ahead, behind and won in extras. How fun was that game? Great win and only 7 back. Toronto on a mini losing streak should help, if you win.

I just won 9-8 in a 14 inning game with the nationals. That was a great game. My bullpen is now gassed though.

It was fun the first 4 innings. I can't believe I actually came back and won. So frustrating being up 6-0 and 11-7 and blowing it like that though.

He did. 6 innings and the long reliever went 3 to finish the game.

Good job man, tell me about it. I used every pitcher except for Matt Albers my last game. My bullpen is so depleted, not like they perform well when they are healthy anyways.

I used my whole bullpen plus a starter for 1 inning. Jon Rauch went 3 and 40 pitches for me. He was the lifesaver. I had to pinch hit instead of let pitchers go more than one inning because I always had chance to score with 1 or 2 outs so I put in the pinch hitter so I'd have a chance to put it away. That didn't happen though. So I had to use John Lannan for like 13 pitches.

Thanks man, sure will. It was one of the most roller coaster games I've ever played in my life. Great to be on the winning side of one.

Yeah, it was incredible. If you all have a chance, play an exhibition game in that stadium. It's fun. The wind just carries the ball. Thome literally popped up to the catcher and it carried it into the seats for a foul ball. Everything was drifting to the left when hit into the field. Fly balls to center, the left fielder would catch almost near the line. There were some instances when balls were hit foul to the right would come back into the field of play. Fun stuff.

Decided to add the daily newspaper after each game to let you all know what is happening around the league. I will add it in the same section as the Transactions page from now on. I feel it's a nice touch and hope you all enjoy it.

2000 Hits For Guerrero!!!!!



Win even sweeter for Vladimir Guerrero, who picks up career hit number 2000 in victory.

Under the bright lights on the road in Detroit, the Angels won easily over the Tigers, 6-1. Vladimir Guerrero went 2 for 5, belted a home run, and drove in 2 runs to pace the offense. Joe Saunders worked 6 quality innings, turning the ball over to the bullpen after giving up 1 run on 10 hits to get his 2nd win of the season.

The series continues with a day game this afternoon, as the visiting Angels give the ball to Nick Adenhart who will be opposed by the Tigers' Armando Galarraga. Matt Joyce looks to build on his 10-game hitting streak.

One more thing about my game yesterday. I was playing the Braves and they lost by one run.

Also speaking of milestones when Chipper hit a home run they said that he had 391 and was 9 away from 400. This game continues to amaze.

I actually thought about doing this myself,and all it would take for me is an extra click and I could have all of the days box score up.Do you think that would be something people would be interested in?
