They just needed me to get out of the Big South and move on to better (?) things.

And it certainly took them long enough since I'm a few YEARS ahead of you!

It certainly was but I think that the team is starting to get a hold of the offense. The turnovers seem to have lowered from 20 down to a more managable 10 in three games. Maybe the next couple of games will give me a better idea of what we can accomplish this season. I'm hoping that a low number of win don't get me canned because this team is in need of some building.

How is your job security looking? I'd be willing to bet that even if you get fired, another job will be available for you, considering your multitude of coaching attributes. Maybe it'll be Navy this time???

What amazes me is that the WAC can have a conference RPI of 27, but still have four teams in the top 10 of the Mid-Major Poll. Doesn't quite add up to me.

Thanks. It's good to finally get the 1st win with the new team. Now we need to get some kind of momentum as we head towards the game against the Oregon State Beavers later on in the OOC schedule.

Iona took on LaSalle on the same day as our current game (11/28). The results will follow the posting of my game.
