    First Half

    Kirkpatrick banks in a layup and after Williams sinks a jumper, Myatt makes 1 of 2 free throws and Kirkpatrick nails a short turnaround jumper. Chavis Holmes hits a 3pter then after Myatt banks in a layup, Chavis Holmes drills another 3pter and Travis Holmes banks in a jumper. White lays in a rebound then Hampton puts in a layup and a jumper to give Howard a three point lead, 13-10, with under 15:00 remaining. Williams drops in a short jumper and after Timothy hits a 3pter, Williams sinks a jumper and Chavis Holmes puts in a layup to tie the game. Hampton makes 1 of 2 free throws then after Chavis Holmes banks in a jumper, White converts a 3-point play. Chavis Holmes and Myatt trade layups then after Myatt swishes a short turnaround jumper, Bell cans 1 of 2 free throws. Hampton drains two free throws then Travis Holmes knocks down a short turnaround jumper to pull VMI to within three, 26-23, halfway through the opening half. Hearn tips in a rebound then after Timothy and Bell trade layups, Hampton banks in a couple of jumpers. Sargent drills a turnaround jumper and after Chavis Holmes and Hearn trade layups on fast breaks, Thomas makes 1 of 2 free throws and a jumper. Davis drains 1 of 2 free throws and Kirkpatrick lays in a rebound as the Bison are on a 10-4 run and now lead by 13, 42-29, with 5:00 to go. Williams puts in a layup and Mosley makes 1 of 2 free throws then after Hampton sinks a short jumper, Chavis Holmes banks in a layup. Myatt and Williams trade jumpers the White and Riley drill 3pters to give Howard a 16-point lead at the half. VMI's Chavis Holmes leads all scorers with 16 points and Hampton leads Howard with 13.

    Second Half
    Williams hits a 3pter and after Myatt banks in a layup, Hampton makes 1 of 2 free throws and lays in a rebound. Hearn cans two free throws then after Sargent sinks a turnaround jumper, Hearn and Williams trade layups. Kirkpatrick drains a short jumper and after Williams nails a 3pter, Mosley and Williams put in layups to pull VMI to within 13, 63-50, with 15:00 remaining. Walker drops in a layup then after Travis Holmes nails a couple of jumpers, Hampton makes 1 of 2 free throws. Timothy and Kenon trade two free throws then Mosley lays in a rebound to pull the Keydets to within ten, 68-58, midway through the second half. Myatt buries a 3pter and Davis banks in a layup on a fast break as both teams struggle and Howard increases their lead to 15, 73-58, with just over 5:00 to go. Williams banks in a couple of layups on fast breaks then after Sargent hits a 3pter, Kirkpatrick puts in a layup as both teams continue to struggle and the Bison hold on for the victory.

                          First Half

                          Sargent converts a 3-point play and after Sumner banks in a short jumper, Williams makes two free throws. Sumner jams in a dunk then after Williams sinks a jumper, Sargent drains 1 of 2 free throws. Sargent banks in a layup then Sexton tips in a rebound to pull William & Mary to within four, 10-6, with just under 10:00 remaining. Sexton buries a 3pter and Schneider puts in a layup then after Chris Holmes makes 1 of 2 free throws, Lazarescu drops in a layup. Williams swishes a short jumper and Travis Holmes converts a 3-point play and after Kisielius lays in a rebound, Hess nails a hook and Darnell cans a turnaround jumber to give the Tribe a five point lead, 20-15, halfway through the opening period. Sargent sinks a short jumper and after McFadden hits a 3pter, both Darnell and Smith hit 1 of 2 free throws. Lonon and Kisielius trade layups then Darnell cans a jumper to give William & Mary a ten point lead, 29-19, with just over 5:00 to go. Chavis Holmes makes two free throws then after Mann sinks a jumper and Kisielius lays in a rebound, Williams hits a 3pter. Sexton and Lonon trade layups and after Williams nails another 3pter, Kisielius and Williams trade layups as VMI cuts the Tribe's lead to six at the half. VMI's Williams leads all scorers with 14 points and Kisielius leads William & Mary with 8.

                          Second Half
                          Sumner makes 1 of 2 free throws and after Williams sinks a couple of jumpers, Sumner and Chavis Holmes trade jumpers. Brownfield drains two free throws then after Williams cans 1 of 2 free throws to tie the game, Lonon and Kitts trade layups. Sexton hits a 3pter then Brownfield drops in 1 of 2 free throws to pull VMI to within a bucket, 45-43, with 15:00 remaining. Chavis Holmes hits a 3pter then after Smith banks in a llayup, Josey drills a 3pter to give the Keydets the lead and Lonon puts in a layup. Sexton buries a jumper and after Sargent lays in a rebound, Sexton makes two free throws to pull William & Mary to within a basket, 53-51, midway through the second half. Kitts banks in a layup and after Mosley swishes a short jumper, Sexton hits a 3pter to give the Tribe the lead and Stein lays in a rebound. Hunter drills a 3pter to tie the game then after Lazarescu cans two free throws, Williams buries a 3pter to give the Keydets the lead, 61-60, with just under 5:00 to go. Lazarescu and Williams trade 3pters then after Smith sinks a hook and two free throws, Williams lays in a rebound with 40.2 seconds to pull VMI to within one. The Keydets start fouling and Sexton makes two free throws. With 32.8 seconds to play, Williams hits a 3pter to tie the game and send it into overtime tied at 69-69.

                          Overtime
                          Sexton sinks a 3pter and after Sargent tips in a rebound, Sumner drives the lane and slams in a dunk. Sexton misses the front end of a 1-and-1 then Chavis Holmes's 3pt attempt bounces off the rim as William & Mary edges out the Keydets.
