                  Wildcats Survive Upset Bid By Pesky Black Knights, 60-52

                  First Half

                  The teams trade baskets then Morris puts in a layup to start Kentucky on a 6-0 run and the Wildcats lead 8-2 with just under 15:00 remaining. After Morris drops in a layup and Bradley makes two free throws, Grant Carter hits a 3-pter. Bradley cans a jumper and a layup then Brown sinks a jumper. After Bradley makes two free throws, Brown hits a jumper and Richard drains a turnaround jumper to cut Kentucky's lead to seven, 18-11, halfway through the first half. Army, led by Brown, continues the run to 12-0 and takes the lead, 19-18, with 5:00 left. Bradley and Chiles each put in layups then Brown makes two free throws. Morris and Jared Carter lead the Wildcats on an 8-2 run then the teams trade baskets. Norwood hits a jumper from the top of the key at the buzzer to cut Kentucky's lead to five at the half. Army's Brown leads all scorers with 14 points and Bradley leads Kentucky with 12.

                  Second Half

                  Zastoupil cans a hook shot then Chiles makes two free throws and later 1 of 2 free throws. After Morris puts in a layup, Zastoupil and Morris trade baskets and Kentucky leads by eight, 39-31, with 15:00 remaining. The Wildcats continue their run to 7-0 with baskets from Stevenson and Morris plus 1 of 2 free throws from Frank as Kentucky builds the lead to 13, 44-31, midway through the second half. The teams trade baskets then Brown sinks a jumper, a 3-pter and a layup. After Morris cans a hook shot, Chiles slams in a dunk on a fast break then Brown drains a 3-pter. Chiles and Bates trade baskets and the Wildcats' lead is now seven, 52-45, with 5:00 left. The teams trade baskets then after Zastoupil puts in a layup, Crawford drops in a couple of layups. Brown drains a 3-pter then Kentucky ices the game with a layup by Morris as they hold on and avoid the upset bid.
