First Half
Zastoupil and Thompson sink jumpers then Elias and Norwood trade layups. After Thompson converts a 3-point play, Amoroso puts in a layup to cut Army's lead to five, 9-4, with 15:00 remaining. Norwood drops in a layup then Richie Williams sinks a jumper and starts San Diego State on an 8-0 run as they also get jumpers from Wade and Brickens then Wade tips in a rebound to give the Aztecs the lead 12-11, halfway through the first half. The lead changes hands three times as Jacobson and Wade trade 3-pters then Thompson hits a 3-pter. Amoroso banks in a jumper and puts in a layup to give San Diego State the lead. After Richie Williams makes two free throws, Norwood cans two free throws to put the Black Knights to within a basket, 21-19, with 5:00 left. Norwood drops in a hook shot then the Aztecs go on a 6-0 run as Johnson tips in a rebound then Freedman and Richie Williams each sink jumpers. Jacobson hits a 3-pter at the buzzer to cut the San Diego State lead to three at the half. Norwood and Thompson each have 8 points to lead Army and Wade leads San Diego State with 7.

Wade converts a 3-point play and hits a 3-pter then Richie Williams converts a 3-point play. Thompson makes 1 of 2 free throws to put Army to within 11, 36-25, with just under 15:00 remaining. Amoroso puts in a layup then Norwood cans a hook shot and starts the Black Knights on a 6-0 run as they also get a pair of jumpers from Jacobson. Spain drains a jumper and after Norwood makes 1 of 2 free throws, Brickens drops in two free throws. Richard sinks a turnaround jumper to put Army within eight, 42-34, midway through the second half. Elias and Koszuta trade layups then Spain and Koszuta trade jumpers. Elias puts in a layup and starts San Diego State on a 6-0 run as both Richie Williams and Brickens each drop in layups to give the Aztecs a 14 point lead, 52-38, with less than 5:00 left. Jacobson puts in a layup then Elias hits a 3-pter and Berry converts a 3-point play. After Jacobson and Goodman drop in layups, Johnson tips in a rebound to cap the game.

Note to all: My pc "died" at home and I am only able to post from my pc at work. The pc at home "hung" while I was watching a DVD and when I tried to reboot it, windows would not successfully be brought back up.If you can read this, thank a teacher. My PC must be a Yankees fan because I had no problems watching, and falling asleep, 61* . That was the movie made by Billy Cristal about the 1961 season and the race between Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle.

After Zastoupil slams in a dunk on a fast break, Army is up by three, 11-8, with 15:00 remaining. Lynch slams in a dunk and Rios sinks a jumper to give Lafayette the lead. The lead changes hands three times as Thompson sinks a jumper and Carlisle puts in a layup then Zastoupil cans a short turnaround jumper. After Thompson buries a jumper, the Black Knights lead by three, 17-14, halfway through the first half. First Half
Vegotsky hits a 3-pter to start Bucknell on a 7-0 run as they also get layups from Lintihcum and Fitzgerald. After Norwood slams in a dunk, Evans puts in a layup to give the Bison a 9-2 lead with under 15:00 remaining. Thompson drops in a layup then Fitzgerald and Vegotsky both drain 3-pters. After a short jumper by Norwood, Jacobson converts a 3-point play to cut Bucknell's lead to six, 15-9, halfway through the opening half. The Bison go on a 6-0 run as Behan sinks a turnaround jumper and Hazel puts in a couple of layups. After Norwood banks in a jumper, Castleberry makes two free throws then Goodman drills a 3-pter. Castleberry drains a layup to give Bucknell an 11 point lead, 25-14, with 5:00 left. Behan puts in a layup then Brewer and Castleberry trade jumpers. Thompson makes 1 of 2 free throws then Zastoupil tips in a rebound to cut the Bison's lead to ten at the half. Norwood has 6 points to lead Army and both Vegotsky and Castleberry have 6 points to pace Bucknell.

Evans sinks a turnaround jumper then Thompson hits a 3-pter. Linthicum makes 1 of 2 free throws then Evans drops in a runner and Vegotsky puts in a layup to build Bucknell's lead to 14 points, 36-22, with 15:00 remaining. Jacobson cans a jumper and a layup then Hazel and Fitzgerald both drop in layups to build the Bison's lead back up to 14 points, 40-26, midway through the second half. Castleberry and Thompson trade a pair of free throws then Castleberry drains a jumper and slams in a dunk. Koszuta sinks a short turnaround jumper then after Evans buries a 3-pter, Ferris makes two free throws. After Richard cans 1 of 2 free throws, Norwood slams in a dunk to cut Bucknell's lead back down to 14, 49-35, with 5:00 left. Brewer hits a turnaround jumper then Nevell puts in a layup and Vegotsky drills a 3-pter. After Tyree makes two free throws, Jacobson drains a runner to round out the scoring.
