Yeah I don't understand it at all. We won things I didn't feel like we should and lost awards I felt like we should've won but the crazy part is after the cut scenes where it says who won or didn't win, if you go back and look in the rankings/voting after some of the playoffs it changes. So I don't honestly know what to report on.

As far a coaching changes. I am not a fan of the coaching hires at all. I hope they do something different for the next game.

      2028 vs 2029!!!

28 or 29 and who will win 30. The 2028 National Champion Texas Tech Red Raiders vs the 2029 National Champion Michigan Wolverines. TTU beat Michigan to win the title in 2028, could they do it again to keep them from having a shot at back to back.

TTU opened the game with the ball and quickly scored as GNK connects with Salesi Finau on a 21 yd score to cap off a 7 play drive.

Michigan answers back with a ground attack of SR RB Steven Good (90 Ovr) as Good scores on a 41 yd run to make it (7-7).

TTU retakes the lead midway through the 2nd Quarter as FR Netori Morton vultures a short 1 yd score to make it (14-7).

Michigan however ties the game back (14-14) as Good scores his 2nd TD of the day.

TTU looking to take as much time off the clock as they could to slow down the Michigan attack does it pretty well as Morton runs in his 2nd short TD of the day to make it (21-14) with 57 seconds to play which is where it stayed as we head to half time.

Michigan opened up the 2nd half with a score as SO QB Eric Rourke (80 Ovr) hits SR WR Jason Shaw (86 ovr) on a 18 yd score to tie the game (21-21).

Then after a GNK INT to CB Cade Keenan (81 ovr), the Wolverines take the lead with a 46 yd FG by SR PK Greg Murphy (77 ovr) to make it (24-21)

TTU would tie the game back up early in the 4th as Kenny Bean drills the 28 yd FG to make i (24-24). TTU then retook the lead as GNK hits Trejo out of he backfield for a 28 yd score to make it (31-24) midway through the 4th. Michigan not backing down goes back to the air as Rourke finds SO WR Shaun Elston (81 ovr) to tie the game back up (31-31) with 3:13 to play.

TTU looking to take as much time off the clock as possible drives the ball 82 yds capping off the drive with a 1 yd TD pass to FB Deon Irving to make it (38-31) with just 33 seconds to play.

Michigan would only need 6 of them to find the end zone as Rourke hits Elston on 74 yd bomb to make it (38-37). Faced with the decision to kick the extra point and play for OT, Michigan surprised everyone when they left Rourke and the offense out on the field.

Faced with one of their biggest challenges of the season, the TTU Defense steps up though as SO SS Hakeem Obaba picks off the 2pt conversion sealing TTU's 2nd trip to the Natty..

      FINAL SCORE TEXAS TECH-38 MICHIGAN-37

      GEORGIA ENDS MIAMI'S HOPE'S FOR A 2ND NATIONAL TITLE!!

Miami our 2024 National Champions will have to wait another year for a shot at another Natty, well Georgia is looking for it's first of this Dynasty after winning back to back in 2021 and 2022. The Bulldogs are no stranger to Natty's or Coach Scott though as they did play in the 2027 against Coach Scott well at BSU in a game that led to Scott leaving for TTU after the game.

          FOR ALL THE MARBLES!!!

Georgia looking for their first Dynasty Natty came into the game averaging a 42 points a game in the playoffs after averaging 33.8 during the regular season.

The offense was on full display in the 1st Quarter as the Bulldogs jumped out to a early (14-0) lead behind a pair of TD's from SR QB Rakkim Addington (83 ovr).

TTU would battle back though in the 2nd Quarter as GNK throws a pair of scores (21 yd to Prince Ekwonu and 9 yd to Bobby Byron) to tie the game (14-14). Then a huge INT by Matt Sorah kills the Bulldogs drive right before the half setting up a Kenny Bean 24 yd FG with 3 seconds to play to make it (17-14).

TTU would add to their lead on the opening play of the half was GNK hits SR WR Adrian Manzo on a 75 yd bomb to make it (24-14).

Georgia looking to slow things down went to the ground as SR RB Devin Wilbur carried the ball 4 of his 8 carries on the opening drive of the 3rd Quarter including a 29 yd TD run to make it (24-21).

TTU would follow suit as Red Raiders add another score coming on a 11 yd QB keeper by GNK to make it (31-21).

Leading by 10 the TTU Defense would step up in the 4th stopping Georgia twice on 4th down for turnovers on downs. Already with 4 TD's on the day (3 passing 1 rushing) GNK would take a back seat in the 4th as the duo of Trejo and Robbins pick up 78 yds on the ground including a 8 yd TD run by Trejo to extend the lead and seal the Natty..

          FINAL SCORE TEXAS TECH-38 GEORGIA-21

          KEY STATS

          QB GNK-15/21 278 yds 3 TD, 43 yds rushing 1 TD

            END OF SEASON RECAP

            SCOTT SIGNS 5 YEAR EXTENSION!!

With a 2nd National Championship in just his first 3 seasons, Texas Tech has offered Coach Ryne Scott a 5 year extension making him the highest paid coach in the Big 12 and #3 nationally behind Georgia's Kirby Smart, Clemson's Dabo Sweeney with a annual salary of 11 million per season.

            TTU AD
"We wanted to make sure the contract called for more money then want Texas was paying Coach Sarkisian and basically it matches what Lincoln Riley was getting at USC before he left for he NFL. Coach Scott has done something pretty amazing in his short career.. No other coach in NCAA history has been a OC for 2 National Titles and a HC for 2 National Titles in a 5 year span. It's our goal to make him the highest paid coach in his next contract"
TTU HIRES FORMER BAYLOR OC JAKE SPAVITAL

Looking to keep his connections with Texas Recruits and to help bring back the explosive offense that GNK produced in Year 1 under a Air Raid attack, Coach Scott has added former Baylor OC Jake Spavital to the TTU program.

Spavital has spent plenty of time in Texas working 4 years as the HC at Texas State as well as well as 3 seasons with Texas A&M before joining the Baylor staff back in 2023.

            Coach Scott
"We are excited for Coach Spavital. He is a elite QB coach and a great offensive mind. I am excited to attack next season with him no matter who we have playing QB."
            GNK ANNOUNCES HIS DECISION

Freddie Vital will have to wait a year before being named TTU's QB1, as GNK announces his intentions to return for his Senior Season. GNK finished the year with 3896 yds with 43 TD and 8 INT through the air well adding a career high 414 yds and 9 TD on the ground.

GNK already owns TTU's records for Most TD's in a season (60) and Most TD's in a career (152), he will now look to try and surpass Graham Harrell's Career Passing Record as well Malachi Nelson's National Career TD record of 166.

Well Vital won't be QB1, the seat for QB2 opened up as SR Nate Sun graduated and former 4* QB Dee Fuller who spent last season as QB3 has decided to enter the transfer portal.

            STICK LEAVES EARLY FOR NFL

Soph DE Adrian Stick (91 ovr) finished the year with Defensive End of the Year and the Lombardi Trophy after recording 63 Tackles (10 TFL) and a team high 15 sacks (tied Brandon Sharpe from 2009).

Stick is projected as a 1st Round pick (he was taken in the 1st, joining RG Randy Treggs who was taken in the 3rd)

            A QUITE OFF-SEASON

TTU graduated just 9 players off the National Title team, and went into the off-season already with 18 players committed to scholarships.

That 18 player class however was lead by 5-5* Recruits giving TTU the #3 Overall class in then nation (Georgia #1, Michigan #2, USC #4, Miami #5)

With FS Paul Brownlee joining Fuller in the transfer portal, as well a a few other suggested portal transfers, Coach Scott offered out 5 scholarships to players also in the portal.

4* MLB Andre Neighbors (Troy) was the #1 Rated transfer

4* Guard Trent Hooks (Houston) was the #5 Rated transfer

4* RB Brian Valenzuela (UNLV) was the #15 rated transfer

4* FS Adonis Dennard (Utah State) was the #17 rated transfer

4* CB Richard Peace (Houston) was the #22 rated transfer.

4 out of the 5 signed with Neighbors being the only holdout as he goes to USC.

Fuller ends up going to Arizona Sate, well Brownlee is headed to Ohio State.

With the addition of the 4 TTU holds on to the #3 Overall Class.

MARTINI AND ORLOSKY MOVES TO DEFENSE

To major changes to positions this year, with former 3* Athlete Ben Martini making the move from RB to SS, after TTU added 4 players to a now very crowded backfield. (the move went from a 71 HB to a 80 SS).

Former 3* Athlete Randy Orlosky (71 ovr) redshirted last year and was listed at Center but transitions to DT (now a 78)..

FORMER 5* RICO HATFIELD LOOKS GOOD IN THE SPRING

TTU had several underclassman look good in the spring game, but former 5* WR Rico Hatfield (#10 Overall) was one of the best (+6 now a 76 overall) as Hatfield coming off a redshirt season looks to secure a spot in a very deep WR room.

            4 MORE LEAVE TTU

Former 3* RS FR ATH/QB Corbin Morris (71 Ovr) has announced his decision to leave the program leaving 5 active QB's on the TTU roster.

RS JR RB Manu Rosario (80 Ovr) is joining him. Rosario never could crack the Top-3 on the depth chart and will look for a school to finish out his career with.

Former 3* RS SO WR Daronte Davis (71 Ovr) and RS JR TE Timmy Carreon (72 ovr) round out the group as Coach Scott gets to 85 players

            Coach Scott
"We appreciate all 4 players and the hard work they put in at practice every day. They all have a National Championship ring well Rosario and Carreon actually have 2. I think they will be happy finishing their careers at schools where they can receive some PT"

              TOP-25 2031 PRE-SEASON RANKINGS

#1 Texas Tech (91 Overall/91 Offense/91 Defense) starts in a familiar place after holding the #1 spot all last season well going 16-0 and winning the Natty. Can they do it again?

#2 USC (90 Overall/90 Offense/90 Defense) The Defending Pac-12 Champs secured the #2 seed in the playoffs but bounced out early losing to #10 Georgia in the 2nd Round.

#3 Oregon (90 Overall/90 Offense/91 Defense) The Pac-12 runner-ups also got a early playoff exit losing to #12 PSU in the 1st Round, but the Ducks are back ready to make another run.

#4 Oklahoma (87 Overall/87 Offense/87 Defense). The Sooners won their opening round before falling to TTU in the 2nd round matchup. The Sooners will look to get revenge in Week 11 when they visit Jones AT&T.

#5 Georgia (89 Overall/89 Offense/90 Defense). The Natty Runner-ups for a 2nd time in 5 seasons. They don't just give up they reload.

#6 Miami (86 Overall/86 Offense/86 Defense).. The Hurricanes made the Final 4 before losing to the Bulldogs. Armed with another Top-10 class, they are read to make another run in hopes of securing their 2nd time in this Dynasty.

#7 TCU (88 Overall/86 Offense/81 Defense). The Big 12 runner up once again starts in the Top-10. Can they make another run at the conference title or will TTU stop them again.

#8 Arkansas (90 Overall/90 Offense/90 Defense). The Hogs have quietly built their program into a SEC power house taking the place of Alabama who hasn't made the playoffs since this Dynasty started. The Hogs have made 3.

#9 Boise State (88 Overall/87 Offense/89 Defense). The Broncos missed the playoffs for the 1st time since this Dynasty started winning just 9 games. This is the last year of recruits, Coach Scott helped recruit. Can Coach D continue the legacy and keep the Broncos among the nations best?

#10 Michigan (87 Overall/89 Offense/87 Defense). The Big Ten Champs and another Final 4 showing for the Wolverines who will look to get this streak going.

              #11 LSU (86/87/86)
              #12 Penn State (86/86/86)
              #13 UNC (84/84/85)
              #14 Arizona (80/79/82)
              #15 Pitt (86/87/85)
              #16 Alabama (89/90/89)
              #17 Wisconsin (86/87/86)
              #18 Kentucky (84/84/85)
              #19 Nebraska (90/90/90)
              #20 Cal (81/82/81)
              #21 Miss State (81/81/82)
              #22 Missouri (86/86/85)
              #23 Washington (85/85/85)
              #24 Kansas State (82/82/82)
              #25 West Virginia (84/84/84)

Alabama makes a appearance in the Top-25 to start the year. Will this be the year they break the streak and make the playoffs with a new HC. Little surprised with how low Nebraska is ranked with their Overalls.

BSU has Willie Smoker returning for his SR season at QB, Former 4* SR Shaun Zaron at RB, every starter on the 0-Line Seniors as well 6 starters on Defense and several key reserves. Will be a interesting season to watch and see how Coach D recruits.

Holy cow, that playoff stretch was some of the closest games I've seen in a while. Crazy you were able to seal them all, especially that Michigan one whew.

After going back to back with a perfect season its time for the unprecedented 3 peat. GNK might as well add a 2nd Heisman to the mix as well

Well Wisconsin sorted ruined the perfect season last year but I get what you are saving. A 2nd Heisman and a 3rd National Title would be the icing on the cake. This roster is loaded and way to good not to have a chance, but with 5 games vs Top-25 teams plus TAMU and Texas not preseason ranked but both road games I am not expecting another perfect season. That was alot of stressful games. I am ready to for some 40 point blowouts. I need to start scheduling some FCS schools early in the year to get a look at the recruits. I never take advantage of the 4 game rule and I want to start doing so, cause I think it could help with getting some higher overalls by their Senior year.

GNK was projected as a 7th round pick (in 2 sims) but after winning actually didin't even try to turn pro. Gee was going to join the portal but I convinced him to stay, I tried to flip Brownlee the FS but he left, didn't try Fuller or Stick because my feelings are neither had any reason too stay.

                      2031 MEDIA GUIDE PART II

                      THE ROSTER

RS SR George "GNK"Nkansah (89) returns for his final season as QB 1. GNK has done what only 2 other QB's have done (only 1 other in this Dynasty) winning 2 National Titles. Now the question is can the 2029 Heisman winner win a 3rd and a 2nd Heisman and further cement his name in the TTU record books?

Coach Scott "I don't think there is a coach in the country that would complain about your 3 year starting QB who has led you to 2 National Championships returning for his senior year. We are excited to have GNK back and look to use the 4 games Freshman can play to still get a look at Freddie. Fuller leaving opens up the door for us to scout hard and look for somone that can come in join Barbosa and Heredia in pusing Freddie to be the best he can be"

RS SR Sal Trejo (88) returns for his final season. Trejo was named the nation's "Best RB" last season after rushing for 1071 yds and 9 TD in his first full season as the starter.

                      Coach Scott
" To be honest I know alot of people are like why would you add Valenzuela when you already have a RB room that goes 7 deep. Coach Frye showed the importance of having a 1000 yd rusher last season as it takes off the pressure to throw the ball 50 times a game, Until you get them here and in uniform playing you just don't know what you have.. We are excited for Byham. He looks like the real deal but the rest of those young guy's are going to push him every day for the RB1 role next year."

Head like Hatfield looked a little disappointing (71 despite not being a bust) but with a year on the scout team we feel like he still can be a big contributer in our offense, and Washington just got caught up in the depth battle. We like him alot and believe he will push guy's like Byron/Hatfield/Murray for time on the field next year."

                      Coach Scott
"Anytime you lose a 4 year starter like Josh Baadknews, his production and heart is hard to replace, but I feel good about the guy's we have and the guy's we are adding that will make this unit even better next season. SR Carlos Gee (86) returns after talking about joining the portal. Gee has been a key reserve but gets a shot at starting after registering 53 Tackles and 3 sacks the past 3 seasons.

RS SO Manuel Vizaino (85) will push him though. Vizcaino a 3* recruit from the Big Island of Hawaii registered 9 Tackles last year.

5* Recruit John Cushenberry (79) appears to be redshirting this year, but could take advantage of the rule and play in up to 4 games.

SR Darrell Vanover (81) returns as the teams starting MLB. Vanover posted a team/career high 93 Tackles (71 solo) last season with 6 TFL and 3.5 sacks. He also had 1 INT, and 6 Pass Deflections.

RS SO Christian Cormier (79) will be the primary backup. A former 3* from Lake Oswego Oregon, Cormier will be pushed next year for the starting job by a pair of 4* Recruits as both Gideon Adbo (74) and DeAndre Eagles (74) are set to Redshirt.

RS JR Daniel Mixon (85) played opposite Josh Baadkknews last season and recorded 30 Tackles when TTU went with 3 LB's on the field. He will rotate with Gee for the starting OLB spot as both players see the field in 3-3-5 sets and 4-3 sets.

SR Juan Gouveia (78) was a DE recruit who moved to OLB and is basically a pass rushing specialist.

                        Coach Scott
"Anytime you lose a 4 year starter like Josh Baadknews, his production and heart is hard to replace, but I feel good about the guy's we have and the guy's we are adding that will make this unit even better next season. I really thought "Cush" would be one of those guys who skipped his redshirt season, but these guy's stepped up and I think Gee will also us a have that year to get him ready to be a impact player for 4 years."
JR Matt Sorah (94) returns for his 3rd year as a starter and cemented himself not only as CB1 but one of the Best CB's in the nation last year winning the "Best DB" award registering 6 INT, 8 Pass Defelections and recording 58 Tackles (4 TFL, 1 Sack)

RS JR Biran Castillo (85) had a great start to the season recording 3 INT's in the first 4 games, but finished with just 4. He is still listed as a starter as TTU spends the bulk of the formations with 5 DB's on the field. Castillo had 70 Tackles last year including (56 Solo).

4* Transfer Richard Peace (82) had 17 tackles and 1 INT last year for Houston, RS SO Ben Ricks (80) posted similar #'s as a reserve for TTU. They are the primary backups. RS FR Jose Bias (76) joins the active roster after redshirting last year.

He will be pushed his year by JR Adonis Dennard a 4* transfer from Utah State. Dennard posted 37 Tackles, (2 TFL, 1 Sack) last year for the Aggies. SR Rykeem Lampkin (77) will provide addtional depth. Lampkin saw alot of action in 2029 due to injuries posting 46 Tackles and 2 INT but saw limited action last year.

4* Recruit Shawn Loudermilk (74) will redshirt and look to work his way up the depth chart next year.

From CB Recruit turned SS SR Keke Guy (78) returns as the SS starter. Guy posted a career high 61 Tackles (46 solo) with 3 INT and 3 Pass Deflections last season.

Former 3* Athlete RS FR Ben Martini (80) excelled in the spring game after the move and looks ready to take over. He will push RS JR Hakeem Obada (77) for backup duties. Obada had 32 Tackles and 1 INT last year.
4* Recruit Tyler Rios (73) will redshirt.

                        Coach Scott
"I love our DB's We finished last season 2nd in the nation with 22 INT's (BSU had 24). These guy's are like ball hawks and when the ball is in the air they go after it. I expect them to be a huge reason why we will be successful this season"
                        SPECIAL TEAMS
SR Kenny Bean (76) returns for his 3rd year as the teams PK. After hittingjust 7/11 (63%) in 2029, Bean improved hittign 12/14 (85%) last year including a 49 yd long. After going 60/60 on XPT 2 years ago, Bean did have 2 blocked last season finishing (57/59

RS SO Doug Khaled (80) looked amazing in spring (+9 training) and appears ready to push Bean for more then just kickoff duties where he recorded 93 KO with 47 TB.

SO Eric Covington (70) recorded 78 Punts last year as a true freshman for 3465 yds (44.4 avg) with a net avg of (37.1). He dropped 11 inside the 20 and 15 for TB with a career long of 63.

                        Coach Scott
"We were really impressed with Khaled this spring.. Kenny Bean proved he could hit some 40+ last yar (7/7) so we never really got Doug a chance at live action, but I feel like if we need to push something into the 50+ range, Doug gives us that chance"

TTU KICKS OFF WEEK 1 WITH A WIN!!

The Mean Green played a solid 1st half against the Defending National Champions leading at the half (17-14), but TTU quickly changed that on the opening series of the 2nd half as GNK throws his 3rd TD of the game to put the Red Raiders up (21-17).

Still leading (21-17) the TTU Defense comes alive in the 4th creating a pair of turnovers as Matt Sorah picks up where he left off last year with his 1st INT of the year which leads to GNK's 4th TD of the day and a (28-17) lead. Then just 2 plays later it was Houston transfer Richard Peace coming up win a forced Fumble and recovering setting up GNK's 5th TD of the day and a (35-17) lead.

North Texas with only 10 yds rushing all day would manage a late score and convert the 2pt play to cut the lead to (35-25) but after a failed onside kick, TTU would run out the clock well adding another score as Sal Trejo punches it in for his 1st TD of the season..

                          FINAL SCORE TTU-42 N. TEXAS-25

                          Coach Scott
"I felt like we played very well on both sides of the ball. Our Offense I felt was nice and balanced with 454 yds (147 Rushing/291 Passing) and 6 TD's, is a great debut for Coach Spavital. The Run Defense (10 yds on 14 carries was dominating and Sorah and Peace helped us win the turnover battle"

TTU MAKES IT 2 IN A ROW

Tennessee did something not very many teams have accomplished vs the Red Raiders picking up 168 yds rushing with 2 touchdowns (5.42 avg) which helped them win the TOP Battle but at the end of the day, they couldn't overcome TTU 1st half lead.

Texas Tech jumped out to a early (14-7) lead in the 1st Quarter behind a pair of GNK touchdowns and TTU extended the lead to (20-7) at the half behind a pair of Kenny Bean FG's..

Neither team would score in the 3rd Quarter, the Vols would make it a 1 score lead as SO RB Marquez Lowell (83 Ovr) scores on a 41 yd run to make it (20-14) early in the 4th and adds a 33 yd FG to narrow the lead to just (20-17) with 4:43 to play.

Texas Tech however going to their own ground game takes over 3 minutes off the clock before SR RB Sal Trejo punches in 3 yd score to cap the 11 play drive extending the Red Raiders lead back to 10 points..

Tennessee would get the ball back with 1:23 to play in the game but failed to find the endzone before time ran out.

                                HOGS RUN WILD AT HOME!!!

Razorback Stadium has always been a tough place to play and this year is no different with a ranking of #12 as the home crowd shakes the ground with chants of "Woo Pig Sooie"

For GNK, playing in a hostile environment has always been his kryptonite and tonight was no different,

The SR signal caller struggled in the 1st half but still came away with 3 TD's but the several missed opportunities led to Arkansas jumping out to a (28-21) lead at the half as the Hogs pick up 122 yds and 2 scores on the ground..

Arkansas held the Red Raiders to just 3 points in the 3rd Quarter as they continued to pound the ball on the ground adding to their lead making it (38-24) as we head to the 4th.

Down by 2 scores, TTU knew they needed a turnover and they got one as FS Stephon Freeland comes up with a huge INT to stop another Razorback score. TTU would cut the lead to (38-31) as RS FR Jeremy Nagy scores his 1st career TD on a 1 yd run, but the Hogs answer right back with a score of their own to make it (45-31) midway through the 4th.

TTU would get the ball twice in the final 4 minutes of the game but both times the Red Raiders turned it over on downs leading to Arkansas tacking on a late FG to seal the game.
