END OF THE YEAR TEAM REPORT
COACH STAFF STAYS INTACT
Clement and Brooks both stay. (In a sim they both left, sith Clement going to Miss State and Brooks becoming to the HC at Rice), so I was shocked that neither left when I finished out my season.
Miller turns down HC job offers at Toledo and Eastern Michigan as well a OC openings including Michigan.

OFFENSE LEADS NATION
I have to be completely honest. I knew we were putting up some huge #'s this season with multiple games over 50 points and multiple games with some huge passing/rushing #'s as well as 1st Downs, but I didn't realize it was by this big of margin.
FIU Offense #1 in the nation (7620 yds) 5205 yds Passing, 2352 yds Rushing 41.0 PPG, 43 PTD/25 RTD, 385 1st Downs
#2 BSU had 6930 yds, 4875 passing, 1920 rushing 34.8 PPG, 59/17 TD's 270 1st Downs
#3 TAMU #3 6503 yds, 4224 passing, 2175 rushing 36.8 PPG, 34/36 TD's 273 1st Downs
#4 Miami #4 6258 yds 4459 passing, 1591 rushing 34..0 PPG 40/24 TD's 230 1st Down
#5 Georgia #6 6220 yds 4321 passing, 1691 rusing 33.4 PPG, 40/27 TD's, 265 1st Downs
#6 ECU was #7 5698 yds 4024 passing, 1480 rushing, 33.6 PPG, 41/20 TD's 235 1st Downs
Saying Good Bye
QB K. Jenkins leaves with 11541 yds (in game) (he threw for 2422 yds as a FR IRL) with 96 TD's (+11 in 2023) 40 INT's (plus 11 in 2023) with 672 yds rushing and 8 TD's (he had 6 rushing TD's in 2023 IRL as a FR). It will be noted in the School Record section but yeah.. He was good, despite his last game.
WR Victor Jones Jr
The Liberty transfer played well in his lone season at FIU finishing with 72 rec for 991 yds 1nd 7 TD's.
RB Cash Jones
The Georgia/Wyoming transfer didn't get as many carries or yards as he probably would've liked behind Tabb, but he did finish with 83 carries for 389 yds and 4 TD this season but made his biggest impact on kick returns with 32 KR's for 740 yds including a pair of TD's.
OLB Percy Courtney Jr
A 2 year starter at OLB for Coach Miller, PC Jr finished with 54 tackles including 8 TFL and 7.0 sacks this season.
DT Steven Shannon
"Another 2 year starter, Shannon had 39 Tackles with 10 TFL and 3.5 sacks this season"
DT Clinton Mahoni
"Finished with just 14 Tackles but was tied for 2nd on the team in sacks with 7 including a pair in the playoff game vs TAMU"
Note Worthy
"7 Other players graduated including the starting RT,RG and C. but I have not been one to care much about Offensive line stats"
New School Records
Jenkins for now holds the new FIU Career Yards Record (11541) as well TD's (96). His 4910 yds this season is a new Season record as is his 39 TD's.. He also holds the record for Yards in a Game (556) and TD's (6)
FR TE Dominick Naanee added the school record for yards in a game (240) and added 3 new Season records with yards (1600) Reception (86) and TD's (14).
JR RB Cole Tabb now holds the new school record of yards in a season (1772), He finished with 15 TD's 1 shy of the school record of 16. (had I know I would pushed for him to 2 get 2 more TD's)
Well the playoff loss is disappointing, FIU still had it's best season in school history winning 11 games and the CUSA title.
Players leaving
RS SO Ryan Robinson Jr (81 Ovr) has decided to transfer for a 2nd time making his next team his 3rd in as many seasons. (He transfered in from Iowa State last season)
NFL DRAFT
QB Keyone Jenkins (87 ovr) does indeed get drafted (7th Round)
**Note Worthy, Boise State's Maddux Madsen (88) went in the 4th Round and RS SO RB Sire Gaines (88) declares early and goes in the 5th round.
RECRUITING
4* RB Cedric Hacker (#177 Overall/#17 FL/#18 RB) signs with Florida before the start of Week 1.
FIU goes into Week 1 with 11 players signed and just 2 players left on our original Recruiting Board.
3* John Dinapoli (#1582 Overall/#190 FL/#97 ATH)
3* Cortez Darby (#761 Overall/#7 OK/#46 ATH)
Coach Miller
Also with the CUSA title and Playoff Appearance I am bumping up my ability to sign up to 6-4* Recruits. Last season ECU led A with 4-4* signings, this year Liberty has already signed 5.
Because I already have 2 early 4* signed, I will have the ability to sign up to 4-4* players in the Portal if there are any with interest in FIU.
Going into the Off-season FIU currently leads the CUSA at a ranked of #49 (2-4*,9-3*) with FAU ranked #62 (4-3*,15-2*), Appy State #92 (8-3*) Coastal Carolina #93 (3-3*,8-2*) Well Liberty despite (5-4*, their only signings) is #103 and ECU is #115 (they have signed 5-2* and 1-1*)
