Week Recap:
1-3 as we come back down to Earth. The scoring has started to dry up a little, but we need to find a way to win these close one goal games like the 2nd game against the Flyers.

Those last two games were close; it looks like your D could use some more big men. Maybe you should pull a Columbus and have all of your defensemen be 6'2'' and weigh 200+.

A line of Lecavlier and the Sedin's would be pretty intense.

There's no point in going out and getting Henrik. I'd be overpaying for what I get as Hunter, Ladd and Umberger are all about a point a game players right now.

Those last two games were close; it looks like your D could use some more big men. Maybe you should pull a Columbus and have all of your defensemen be 6'2'' and weigh 200+.

A line of Lecavlier and the Sedin's would be pretty intense.

Edler is 6'2", 196 lbs.
Campoli is 6'0", 190 lbs.
Gervais is 6'1", 197 lbs.
Mitchell is 6'3", 210 lbs.
Sutton is 6'6", 245 lbs.
Mason is 6'1" but only 167 lbs.
MacDonald is 6'0", 188 lbs.

So we do have 3 defensemen that are 6'2", 200 (well, 2 but Edler is close enough). But Campoli provides a solid offensive presence while Gervais is a solid defensive defenseman with some offensive ability. We are lacking at that #6 spot but that's because Meyer is out. Will we go out and acquire someone to take over that spot? If it's costing us wins then yes but I don't think you can say it is right now.

Heh, looks like you are already there. I've seen Campoli, he's been good for Ottawa, a good second line offenseman (for a top tier team at least) or first for others. If you wanted to add someone,
I heard Fedor Tyutin is pretty good.
On the offense, stick with whatever is working, as you've been scoring a lot as of late.

Free Agency i believe...he wouldnt sign with the nucks or they wouldnt sign him so i think he tried out for the rangers then the Flyers 04 i believe

Nope. His rights were traded to Philly in a deadline trade since Burke wouldn't sign him at the price he wanted. I think it was for Hlavac but I could be wrong about that.

I was. He was traded to the Rangers for Rucinsky, the Rangers wouldn't sign him so he went to the Flyers as a restricted free agent getting the Rangers a 2nd round pick from Philly.
