I get it. Most fan bases would **** this until the very end. Even if some of this is completely crazy. That smoke saying i's so true at this point.

Hahahahaha the funny jokes keep coming.

This story is going to go up there with the fake girlfriend from years ago. I can't wait for the doc to come out about it at this point.

But besides all of the above. What does his firing mean to you? If it goes back 3 years. That's going to hurt big time. Not to mention this year they are really good. Do you vacate? Suspended? Is Jim official done down here?

      Statements from his lawyer

It bothers me that he tries to say that he acted alone. The NCAA literally has a rule for this. It doesn't matter if Jim knew or not. It's still under his command. Jim will get punished. The fact that he won't with investigators. Ouch20231103_232035.jpg20231103_232040.jpg

Also saw these stats. Means nothing. But damn

Does that mean the 'Ask Stalions' feature will not be in College Football 25?

The guy claims he did this on his own, so 1st question is where did he get the money? He is dropping lots on money on tickets and travel. He isn't making money as an analyst, those coaches get paid close to nothing.

The AD or President, can't remember which, is heavily pushing that the conference needs to wait for the NCAA to hand out any punishment. Then said the conference hasn't notified them of any investigation and per the rules they can't punish them. Also said they have to do their own investigation and can't rely on verbal updates from the NCAA.

They are trying to do anything they can to push everything until after this season. No claims of they didn't do it, just don't punish us now.

The conference needs to act now. The NCAA will just make them vacate 3 years and if they win the championship, that will be a huge black eye. Will they have to refund the playoff money? Take OSU spot in playoffs?

At a minimum, the conference needs to suspended Harbaugh until the investigation is over. They really should remove them from eligibility for the conference championship game. This isn't a he said she said case, they have tickets and videos. Plus he admitted it, so it's really just a question of how dirty and deep is this hole that the investigation has found.

This is dramatic as hell. Where are you getting this info from? What would be the reason to suspend Harbaugh right now? Not to mention, Michigan would fight it delaying any suspension.

As dramatic as his post was he did have some points. The simple factor that Connor admitted to it in an official statement is damaging. The NCAA has a rule in place that even if Jim didn't know he is still liable because it happen under his command (I like to think it's the Joe Pa rule. Because he harbored that monster. But I think emails connected to him at the end of the day).

I do think vacate is BS!! I get it that maybe they can't act right in this moment. Until they find the depth of what is going on. But they definitely have evidence. Have you not seen all this? They even got one of the guys who was going to games to confess already. If they have been doing this the last 3 seasons. At the very least they can stop them from causing more damage this year. I still think they're the best team. But man brings a lot of questions. NCAA is super slow too.

There was a meeting on Friday at a Big Ten championship event, some women's sport, with the commissioner and the AD/Pres. ESPN has an article about it.

The rest of the Big Ten teams have been calling for the commissioner to do something immediately. They don't want them to wait until the NCAA does something in 1-2 years.

It's going to come down to how much pressure is put on the commissioner. Do you wait until you know everything and allow everyone involved to leave and go to the NFL? If you wait you can only punish them in the future and they will benefit from the cheating. You can at a minimum punish the coach now.

They've already threatened one and legally they will probably win. Then the conference will have to investigate and then they get to respond. So it will take forever.

He definitely is leaving college if he wants to coach. He'll get suspended for 1-3 years. If they are successful in delaying this and he leaves to the NFL, I'd tell them that the conference will then punish the team. Either you take the suspension and don't fight it or the school takes the full punishment in the future.

Same. But like I've said. They can blame him all they want. It's still going to fall on Jim at the end of that day. This falls directly under his command. He's only way to a avoid punishment is what you said. Him just leaves. Which pushes the point that p rush was making. The only person who's going to get hurt here is the university/players.
