The RBA at 100 seems a bit overpowering to me. Especially when they make receptions out of the backfield. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Thats not what you do in your dynasty. Just the main menu. Change it to the second set of sliders in your dynasty.

Yeah, the only thing I started doing differently was using a global setting of 50 sub freq.

Hey fellas.....dang haven't played this game for about 6 months since I went back to work. Working 2 jobs left no time to play, but I happily quit the second and plan on picking this game back up where I left off. Josh what roster are you using, and any recent changes? You had this game playing awesome and I am sure ready to start all over again with all the updates.

Hey man....OP is current...some subtle differences.

I'm now strongly recommending using a 50 sub freq across the board and default autosubs....but that is about it from a roster standpoint.

Are you guys using these sliders with coach mode? I'm struggling to win games with these sliders. Granted I am using creampuff roster with my teambuilder but I can't stop the cpu teams. Just allowed 60 points 600 total yards to Missouri.

Will things improve as my roster improves?

These are not intended for coach mode and will be overpowered in coach mode. I recommend using Blackrain's set as they are similar to mine, but designed strictly for coach mode.

Oops, wrong thread. I am using blackrain's sliders. Maybe it's just my creampuff roster.

How creampuff is your roster? Ratings wise. If you're in the 60's, yea, that will be the case.

When you create a team in teambuilder there is a roster which is literally called creampuff.

My guess is I'll end up increasing tackling for both user and cpu.

My only concern with doing that is once your team is competitive, they will be more powerful than the ratings suggest. When players are they weak, you're giong to get rolled. The game gets a bit out of whack. To keep things realistic without having to constantly change slider settings, I recommend starting with a team thats at least 70 rated.

I think this is really good advice. I never felt that FCS level teams (whether user created or a creampuff team) were never done well. The overall ratings are often too low because players' awareness ratings are often tuned way too low. Many of these programs have smart players who just lack the size or physical gifts. But to make team overalls look more 'real', people go straight to the awareness ratings because that is the only real way to get the overalls down.

The problem, is that like this poster is seeing, the teams play far below the standards that their ratings suggest because of the super low awareness...as such, the game gets really wonky.
