But the PC allows you to play a majority of Ps2 games and Xbox games and all the PC games. Niether the xbox nor ps2 can do that. I heard people say to get an xbox becasue it has better graphics. That is foolish since computer has the best graphics. and has a wider variety of games. If you want to get an xbox that get it becasue you think that there are alot of exclusive games for xbox only that will keep your interest.

I haven't even begun to talk about patches. For those of you who played MVP baseball this year, the Pc version was patched to a playable state where the console version was left to dry. Again thoughmy main point was that of graphics and peoples reasoning for buying an xbox.

It's much cheaper to buy an xbox for great graphics (not comparable to the pc but it isn't that far off) than to buy a whole seperate computer just to play games. And I'm not interested in ps2 games and alot of people who own an xbox aren't so that really isn't a valid reason to buy a pc for games. And since ea games are the only sports games on the pc, I would pass on that.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Okay. The PC plays a majority of Xbox and PS2 games and all PC games right, well the XBox plays a majority of the PS2 and PC games and all the Xbox games and has a wide vairety of games. Same for the PS2, and what? Getting an Xbox for graphics is foolish because the PC has the best graphics? Again.. I will repeat myself; XBOX=$140 BEST GRAPHICICAL PC=$2,500 at the least.

And with the harddrive for both PS2 and Xbox and online they get updates/upgrades/downloable content and all of that too.

AND most of the better games will not be on pc.. you mentioned Halo.. u got Halo 1 year after its release.. it was mindblowing when everyone saw it on XBOX, it was a common, copied game with nothing really new when it was available for pc... there is no comparison between consoles and videogames.

                  Very well said.

now lets suppose there was NFL 2k5 for the PC... u plug your ps2 joystick and all you love, pump it to 1280x1024x32 in your high end PC and play it with your friends in front of your monitor... now take the XBOX and play it in front of a 48" HDTV with 5.1 Digital Sound and i really dont believe anywone will say that it is more enjoyable to do it in the pc.. NO WAY MAN !!!!

im a hardcore gamer.. i love PCS, i love Videogames... but there is no way to compare one thing to the other... and videogame x videogame... the xbox RULES.. is BY FAR the best videogame out there, with the best games for my taste... like rallisport challenge 2 and Ninja Gaiden for example.

i can do other stuff with a PC besides play games. That why a pc is sooo much more. Its not like i had top buy another PC. I simply baught 1 and it has lasted me.

Lastly on the shadier side of pc gaming, it is cheaper or next to nothing when purchasing some games if done a certain way, ie burning/dloading.

Also xbl has a annual fee...

But like i said xbox doens't have enough xbox only games that interest me for me to go out and buy an xbox.
