I remember the MNF game between the Eagles/Redskins at FedEx when Steve spurrier was the HC. Multiple brawls in the stands, cops used tear gas (or pepper spray can't recall). It as a zoo.

These days though guns and knives change things. I refuse to take my wife and child to a football game unless we are in a suite or have club level seats with friends. Not all stadiums are like that but these fights are no joke anymore boozed up losers looking for a reason to hurt someone is never a good thing.

I remember a Giants/Cowboys game in '06 at Giants stadium was pretty rough. We sat in the nose bleeds.

I agree with you that I would think twice about bringing SO/kids to an NFL game.

Sammy Watkins has a little, or maybe alot of Terrell Owens in him, not the good TO either: NFL.com reports:

Watkins said he spoke with his agent after the Bills' loss to the Patriots in Week 2. His representation then reached out to the team about Watkins' lack of targets. Watkins believes he needs 10 targets a game.

"You came up to draft me and I'm not getting targets -- that's a problem," he said. "You're making me look bad and you're making yourself look bad. Why not make both of us look good?"

Now I see why the Bills DBs called OBJ a diva. Theyve been dealing with one all season on their own team.

Outside of timing (coming off an injury), is he wrong? Why did they use all that draft capital to get him and not throw him the ball? Do the Bills have some world class offense that doesn't need him?

Just dumb to say to the media. You get nothing out of it beyond making yourself look whiney, selfish, etc.

Where are the Bills fans that said this was a great trade, though?

It says that his agent brought this up to the team after Week 2, so I imagine this isn't the first time since then he's brought it up.

Agreed that it's stupid to make this public. Maybe it's gotten to that point, but we're winning football games with how this team is running right now. You'd rather get yours then win? Okay. I guess he believes going to him will result in more success, but he's been banged up all preseason and season so he's not exactly giving the team enough time to showcase him while they break in a new QB and additions all along the offense.

I could've sworn I read a quote from Watkins saying he didn't care as long as we won this offseason. That would be funny now.

Still like the trade up to get him. Everyone whiffed on OBJ, but Benjamin is hurt and Evans hasn't been as prolific as last year himself either so his peers are leveling off for one reason or another. But every game that goes by and he isn't producing, he ticks a bit towards a mistake trade and a bust. We're not there yet, but it's worrisome that he hasn't blossomed yet. Playing Manuel and Orton didn't help, but Taylor has shown some ability but he seems apt to spread the ball around.

Sammy gotta go out there and make sure he's seen if he wants the ball.

So the Nevada Gaming Control Board ruled that daily fantasy sports is gambling and requires a license, adding Nevada to the list that includes Iowa, Wisconsin, Arizona, Louisiana and Montana where you can't play.
