    What about Chicago?

That could a good spot for him, without having to give up anything to get him. Unless they prefer to go the Draft route in regards to finding a QB.

I'm gonna be pissed off if a team gets him on a bargain deal. But I wouldn't blame him for leaving if he A) gets that paper, B) goes to a contender, C) gets to stick it to the Bills after this recent fiasco.

We don't get nice things in Buffalo. And if and when we do, we find a way to piss it away.
He is if the QB market says he is. And with the lack of talant at QB across the league I wouldn't be surprised if someone pays him more than what you think he is worth.

He ain't getting no Top 10 QB money, regardless of what the market says it is right now. I'd wager a good amount of money on that not happening.

Probably not Top 10 QB money but I would bet on more than what some Bills fans would want to spend.

NFL will not be reinstating Raiders LB Aldon Smith this season, per source. Commissioner will revisit the case on March 15, 2017.

While Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett seems to enjoy himself everywhere, his contract situation was a point of contention for him at times. The 31-year-old defensive end has seriously out-played the four-year, $32 million deal he signed back in 2014.

Now, Seahawks general manager John Schneider is making it right.

Bennett signed a contract extension with the Seahawks on Friday, the team announced. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that it's a three-year extension worth $31.5 million with $17.5 million in guarantees. At the end of October, Rapoport noted Bennett was working on the deal with the team.

Doesn't seem to be a huge raise. Same amount of money over 3 years instead of 4. But then again, he's getting up in age so teams would be willing to pay more for a 27 or 28 year old.

He never held out despite being underpaid. Now what about Chancellor, who did hold out and expressed dissatisfaction with his deal?

Maybe it is hindsight, but I really question the wisdom of offering injury guarantees to an undersized runner-QB.

Its like getting a cheap prostitute and not using a rubber. Sooner or later you will get burned.

Edit: On another topic, the current poll serves as a good reminder that this season will not end well for me. Two of my three most hated teams are most likely to win the SB? Not a bad time for a little coma.

Might have had to throw in that injury guarantee in return for this basically being a 1 year deal with an option for 4 more.

You're right though. He sprained his MCL last season and it's coming out now that he might have an injury already as we speak. I mean, not many players get through an NFL season without one.

Bucky Brooks said that when Taylor played with Watkins and McCoy in the lineup, he put up top-5 like numbers.

Problem was apparently Watkins only played in 6 games?

Tyrod with those Jags receivers is very tantalizing. Of course he would need the offensive line to hold up decently and a head coach/coordinator that knows how to use him.

Already discussed by a few Bears fans and they don't want him, they would prefer a stop gapper.

Word is that Ravens will fire the OC Marty Mornhinweg.

So this means that in six years we will have had six different offensive coordinators. That is kind of amazing for a team that has the reputation of being stable.

Chip Kelly and Trent Baalke fired in San Francisco.

I wonder if Chip's ready to admit that he belongs in college yet.

Also, a reminder, I'll not tolerate criticism of Jed York. That man is a saint.
