Found this over at the official Forza 2 forums and thought that some of you may be interested in doing this. This guy put a couple sponges under his pedals to improve the stiffness. Sounds like he hit paydirt. I'll be making a run
to Walmart tomorrow as the pedals have always been a negative for me in their current default functionality.

on any 360 game you can hit the Guide button and select music from ur hardrive and listen to it......at least i do

Does this game play well with the standard 360 controller? I don't have a wheel and probably won't have one for a long while. I am definitely picking up DiRT and am curious about this game as well, as I have seen nothing but raves here on the forum.

Yes it controls great but from what i've read the wheel and pedals will get you more precise control and better lap times. I always use the controller for all my racing games on the consoles and PC.

I have used a wheel before (with my old Dreamcast) and liked it a lot, but it's such a pain to drag everything out, plug it into an outlet and all of that. I ended up not playing as much because it was such a hassle.

I may end up with the MadCatz wheel. Anyone using that with Forza, and if so, how does it feel?

Quint, I wasn't picking this up, but did so on Thursday. I haven't touched my new PS3 since, the game is that good. I'm playing with a controller, and won't have a wheel for a good while if I do pick on up. The game is very deep, the online racing is a freakin' blast, but the car customization is crazy. I like fixing my cars up, sold a couple through the Auction feature and made some pretty good cash that way. The game is worth it, as long as you like a sim racer.

I played some MLB 07 Thursday after work, then picked up Forza. Been a busy weekend, but I've been playing Forza alot, trying to build my Credits up so I don't get TOO embarassed online. If you're on the fence, give it a rent atleast bro.

Is the game better than the demo? I wasn't a big fan of that. I couldn't turn to save my life, and 100% of the time ended up in the wall.

i did not enjoy the demo and i was not even going to pick up the game...but then Skyboxer was telling me how good it was so i said it was worth a shot....glad i said that... very good game

It's still hard to turn... (It is a sim type racer not an arcade game where you can keep it floored all the way thru a turn) but with improvements you make to your car it gets easier, either that or I'm just getting better.
Different cars handle so much different too.. I definitely have my favorites and some I just hate. (or just haven't figured out yet)

The Chevelle is by far my favorite so far. Slapped some candy paint and rims on that thing and it looks beautiful.
