See... the Chrysler ME Four-Twelve project car is like that TVR Cerbera Speed 12 and that 1,000hp Toyota Supra VeliSide in that they're very tough to race with, and most people don't want to go through the learning process on how to drive those cars fast. In summary, the learning curve to drive these cars well is much higher than the rest. It's really fun to drive once you get it down, though.

I cried after you said what you said you horrible person. Or actually I didn't take anything personal at all. If you're a good driver, which I'm assuming you are by your knowledge of all the cars, then I'm nowhere near you. I'm a "casual" racing gamer. I don't have much skill, as fellow OSers would probably tell you. I'm more than happy to jump in an online race and bump up the CR for the winner haha.

But really, no offense taken. I was pretty much just making fun of myself. You didn't say anything offensive in the first place.

It's official, the Auction House is broken. I saw a red rings of death car go for 60 million yesterday. The funny thing was, I had it at 345,000 with 2 mins to go, over 90 mins later, with 1 min to go, it finally sold. I don't get it, why does it not sell and why does it keep going?

they made the 3 unicorn cars for people that wanted to have complete collections, but even those go for 60 million on a down day. You either have to sell 8k anime fairlady 's or buy credits off ebay to compete with the bank roll some people have. I'm level 50 and only have 11 million dollars, and still have tons of stock cars to buy. I couldn't imagine spending 60 million credits on one car unless I cheated to get the credits.

However, in the end, the game isn't Forza Painting 2. While I'd like some of the painted cars, they are ultimately utterly worthless and give no one an advantage on the track.

Auction House Money and Car Duping: We know how it's being done and who's doing it. Selling In-game Credits and Cars on eBay: This is against Xbox Live subscription terms of service and obviously not allowed. Thankfully, we have a very active community who reports many Forza 2 eBay auctions. Once notified, your eBay auction will be shut down, and your Xbox Live account will be banned. Again, please don't make money off of other people's hard work.

The Lotus Elan Problem: Lastly, we're aware of the Lotus Elan performance index bug that pushes the car beyond the limits of a typical D class (and in some cases, C class) car. We will be addressing this with a patch in the near future. Until that time, it looks like the Hot Lap scoreboards will be dominated by the Lotus Elan. Sorry. If you're hosting multiplayer games, be sure to discourage folks from using this car as it could seriously decimate the balance of your race.

I own one and squeezed tons of HP out of it, however due to it being already so light, it's a hassle to get it around the track. I don't really see how that's problem, but maybe they didn't explain it in detail for a reason.

I guess they would have to unless they've played every minute that they've had the game, because I've never been able to make it over 300,000 in the time that I've actually played career.

Some guy I raced against last night claimed to know some kind of glitch or cheat that gave you 999,999,999 CR. Wonder if that's what people have been using to bid on those 600+ million CR cars. I guess they would have to unless they've played every minute that they've had the game, because I've never been able to make it over 300,000 in the time that I've actually played career.

i don't know about 999,999,999 CR but... some kid said he knew a money glitch, and made me put one of my POS cars in the auction house, and he bought it off me for 10 million CR

It works pretty simple, sombody says "this car is up for gifting" or whatever and the first person to respond gets the car for free no strings attached. Only thing is, if you keep receiving cars and never give any, you will be shunned. Thought I'd pass this along to those who didn't know.

lol, I didn't see that, buy I've been doing that here somewhat. I've given out a handful of free cars, usually upgraded too. I always find painted cars I want in the AH, which replace stock cars I bought to get the buy all car achievements.

Completely off topic here guys, but i didn't want to start a whole new thread for this silly little question....

Why is Acura in the American region? Isn't Acura a foreign car (Japan)? I own an Acura and I chose Asia as my region so i can get discounts on my Acura only realizing after I had chosen my region that Acura is placed in the North America Region.

acura is a honda company selling japanese cars in america. They aren't from japan, I guess that's the best way to say it.

dude, im totally confused now...so the acura brand is japanese, correct? They just sell them in America.....but what makes that different than any other foreign brand selling their cars here in the US? I always kinda picked up that Honda and Acura had something to do with each other....

the acura brand was established for the US, and they don't sell acuras in Japan. So technically, it does belong in the US region of the game, although it's parent company is Honda.

Thanks! Me and my wife got into alittle bickering war about this last night because she always goes on and on how she hates american cars and she would never buy one...and i told her about my new discovery and teased her because she drives an acura integra...she told me today that she looked it up (just because she can't stand for me to be right in something) and said that she was right and i was wrong (again) and that acuras are indeed foreign cars...she also told me that im a loser....now i have to rush home and tell her that i was right after all! One point for the men! thanks again!

just know that for the higher end cars the guys seem to be swapping now instead of straight up gifting. so its like you're going to get an enzo or anything like that for free. still, it's a cool concept, when I get the region achievements I'll be gifting those cars away.
