I'm almost to the point of giving up on this **** game..

it freezes my 360 up way to damn much and it's pissing me off. It locked up 4 times tonight alone while I was scrolling through my cars to go for a race. The loading of the cars got real laggy, then it just locked up everything. This can go on the list of things this game has been doing ever since I got it. What trash this is for it to be the first game to ever give me this much trouble. The disk is in mint condition, so at least I can throw it up on ebay.

I'm having the same problems man. I love how Turn 10 isn't taking responsibility for this and is just blaming the hardware. That would be fine if all of my other games didn't play perfectly on my 360. They need to do something because it's ridiculous how many people have this same problem. Hopefully we get an update or something to fix this.

I just bought the steering wheel and was wondering how do you turn down it's sensitivity, I am out of control. I know the rule of slight adjustments, but the thing is to sensitive.

you have the force feedback on? You have to plug it into the wall. Should make the wheel more stiff.

Mine has never locked up.

Neither has mine,BUT....I had one instance of the "disappearing" track.
I THINK it was at Laguna....everything loaded fine,got to the race,the countdown started.....then I realized,"HEY! wtf happened to the track" lol.

At first I thought it was a shadow,that was until I drove over it,and the track suddenly reappeared.
At this point I'm really on the fence about keeping this game,after reading the Forza boards ALOT of folks are having trouble with this game.

One of the theory's over there is that Forza is pushing the hardware to much,I believe they were stating something about the GPU (iirc) Hence the "disappearing" track and other graphical glitches.

well maybe we can speed that up. I only need a couple of japanese cars to get the achievements for buying all cars. If I get a list of the ones I need up and people feel like gifting them to me, I'll put them at the top of my list when I gift away all my cars.

At this point I'm really on the fence about keeping this game,after reading the Forza boards ALOT of folks are having trouble with this game.

that's the thing. No other game caused me problems until I started playing this. Many of the posts on their forums say the same.

If you're getting the track being black issue, it will progressively get worse. You'll get the track details popping up slowly first. tire marks and asphalt detail seems to pop up real late, and you start to notice it. Then you get the track disappearing by it not loading, then the dirty disc errors, then the outright lockups. I can't play this game for an hour without it locking up at least 2 or 3 times just picking my cars.

i have had a problem with me just falling through the track at the beggining.....i just kept sinking and sinking.....the funny thing was that i could see the track above me....might think about getting rid of this game for darkness before i see satin

this game got stale pretty quick for me.

it wont if you stop running in career mode. The AI sucks too much for it to stay enjoyable through the whole thing, trust me, I beat it. I just turned the AI to easy at the end of the career mode so I could just get through it.

This is a great game for Live, and I do enjoy racing when it feels like letting me for 45 minutes without locking up.

well I haven't dug up enough will power to try to work with this game today. I'll probably fire it up in a bit to make a list of the cars I need. Hopefully it won't lock up a dozen times. When I get all of the achievements, I'll gift away every car I have. I imagine it'll really help people out with not having to buy 80 R class cars that all cost 350k each.

At least it will let me move on to a game I own and haven't really played yet. I got rainbow 6 vegas like 2 months ago and it hasn't even been popped in my 360 yet.

wow. when I got Vegas, it didn't leave my xbox for at least 2 weeks and that was just after I had gotten Gears and was very into that. R6 is definitely a blast and you'll probably find it has more replayability than Forza.
