Re: NASCAR 09 Demo May 29
The 2 things I've set have been the driving style to Pro and the difficulty is Legend, no assists
Driving Style: Pro
Gameplay Level: Legend
I haven't touched the car setup either, the engine alone is a beast and pulls away fast. I don't race dirty or anything
Just noticed that rubber pieces fling over the windshield if you get up close to someoneLast edited by av7; 06-07-2008, 06:21 PM.Aaron

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: NASCAR 09 Demo May 29
on a side note, with the exception of the video preview referenced on this board, I don't see many previews of this game at all. Anyone have a link to any good previews?
Also, where does everyone go to get their setups (if you aren't familiar with that stuff)? I am new to Nascar racing but this demo has me extremely curious and I will be purchasing it on the first day. But would like to know where I can find setups.
Also does anyone know if this game will have anything similar to Formula One CE where you can run some practice runs and it will help you make the correct setup changes? Or are you on your own with this one?#WeAreUKComment

I would (dont have any atm) look up Nascar Racing 2003 (NR2003) for sites that have forums about car setups for tracks. That game had a strong following up until support was cancelledAaron

I don't have a wheel nor do I plan on getting one. In the perfect world I would get one, but I don't have any room for it in reality, plus I really don't want to fork out the cash. It seems to drive pretty nicely with the controller anyways.Comment

Dont blame ya, the Logitech one I saw earlier on amazon was in the $250 range..I even saw a bucket race seat for sim racing and wasn't cheap.Aaron
