I'm spotting for my friend, no more racing. I'm waiting out for Charlotte in the National series tomorrow night. Michigan has not been good for me since yesterday.

Thinking about it. The Royals will be on at the same time so I'm not sure how I feel once race time rolls around, but I think I'm going to give it a shot.

Well I just won an A fixed race, it was the lower split so there is that but I'm pretty happy about it. I will stream my race tonight in the NiS if anyone is interested in watching.

What is everyone's name that is possibly running tonight to see what OSers are racing together.

You can't ask that and then not post your own name.

In any event, this is me. Add me as a friend if you'd like.

Just finished a DW12 fixed race at Richmond, 65 laps. 30 of those caution. Felt more like 50, lol. First race earlier this week wasn't as bad. Really think they need to make DW12 a B license.

The NiS is basically designed to emulate a league, except that it offers a little more flexibility than your typical league since there's multiple race slots per week compared to one. That was an issue I always ran into with leagues since I'd inevitably miss a few races here and there.

I tried running laps similar to you, which I can get pieces of them, but it seems like when I try to mimic it, when you get on the gas if I do that I wind up losing it out of 2 and 4 like I was when I first started practicing. I guess I could be getting into the gas just a fraction too soon. I just feel like I'm having to move the wheel a lot more and it's what makes me wreck and yours seems like an easy Sunday drive (at least when no one else is around).
My guess would be that you are driving it in too hard and/or throttling too early on exit. There also could be line issues. You don't want to go into the bottom lane at Michigan unless you have it as it's like driving on ice. Otherwise, it's kind of one of those things that you learn as you move along. Make sure you don't get into the gas until you're comfortable doing so on exit. Getting in it too early and having to let off to avoid hitting the wall (or hitting it) is much worse than not getting into it as early as someone else and losing a fraction of a tenth of a second.

Anyways, I guess I'm going to race NiS again tonight. I haven't ran a lap since Thursday night, but it went fairly well so we'll see how it goes tonight.

Looks like I had top 10s at Texas (8th twice) and Charlotte (7th), so I guess not. Still looking for my first top 6 finish, though!

Holy crap I just laid down a 38.852 in qualifying. This looks to be a good start for tonight.
