You need to link to your member number page. Just click on your name from one of your race results and it will take you there.

I screwed qualifying up pretty badly. First lap I screwed up in 1/2 and turned a lap a full half second off my personal best, second lap I bounced off the wall out of 2 and invalidated it.

I did a 39.327, which looks to be a bad start to the night.

38.78 in Q. Best lap this weekend. I ran a 39.1 on Thursday since I almost hit the wall. I probably could have been a little faster tonight if I didn't run it a little too deep on entry into T3, but oh well. I usually suck in qualifying compared to the race. The scary thing is that Luza ran a 38.4...

Nothing like going into Q without doing a lap since Thursday.

Holy crap is right. I needed an open setup to get into times like that.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's a pole time in your split. Nice lap!

There were only two cautions in my race and 24 on the lead lap, which was surprising after Thursday night. I ran around 13th-15th for most of the night, but worked my way up to 9th over the final 15 laps after the last restart. I seemed to have more speed at the end of the race.

                            Re: iRacing after 2+ years

My race was uh terrible. I led a good bit of laps was solid in the first two green flag runs. Then I got caught up in traffic. Spun out on my own, got in a wreck and then on the white flag I spun it coming out of 2 and smashed into the inside wall, ending my race there.

I had a car to win and I just threw it all away, there was a bad pitstop in there and a decision to not take enough repairs which left me crippled and unable to get any speed.

I know next week will be a challenge too.

Well at least I won that A fixed race earlier.

Finished 2nd in the 4th split as car #23 and gained 93 iRating. Would have loved to win, but I didn't have the speed for the guy who did, so 2nd place is *bad word goes here* awesome. I feel like jumping up and down right now even though it was only the 4th split.

Actually tried to save my tires this time around and it worked out perfectly. Started 14th thanks to my horrid qualifying, moved up to 12th on lap 2, and then just cruised around trying save my tires. Whole first stint went green and I moved up to I think 5th due to others dropping back under green.

Ended up being the last of the top 5 to pit, and I got real lucky with a yellow as it flew before I even completed my out lap after my stop. Ended up in the lead because everyone who had stopped before me pit again. Led 6 or 7 laps under green when I let a few guys past me and dropped back to 5th.

Again I worked my way up a little bit as others wore their tires down and short pitted. Hit the pits on lap 71 or 72 under green. By lap 80 I was back up to 5th due to stops, and then a yellow flew. Pit crew did a fantastic job with the stop and I came out in 3rd. Then we had a yellow or two, and on one of them with me in third, 2nd place either netcoded or spun his tires so we went back to caution. Went green again with 5 to go and I held onto second from there.

That's a bit long winded and I have no idea if it makes sense, but WOO second!

Oof. Sorry man. I had that happen a few times in league races I used to run, not fun at all when you're in a once or twice a week race.

I've done that a few times and while I don't know if it is always the case, I think getting repairs is the way to go. Sorry the race didn't go as you hoped.

And yeah, next week is going to be a challenge. Not even sure I'll attempt it, at least in NiS, Bristol is nuts.
