Re: Official Wii Impressions
I've posted some COD3 impressions earlier, but I'll give a recap here:
The Wii setup for FPS is awesome. It's very intuitive, and the precision you can get from aiming is unmatched on consoles. Also, it sounds kinda cheesy, but you feel more involved in the game. You actually can throw your grenades, which is pretty fun. There are also some other ways the remote is used, some of which are stupid, but others are cool, like driving jeeps.
The graphics are "eh" but about what you'd expect on the Wii.
Overall, I'd say that FPS's on the Wii have a very bright future. Can't wait for Metroid!

My target here in West Chester, Ohio had 41 in. I enjoyed mine so much I decided to try and score one, sad to admit, for Ebay to sell, I know please forgive me fellow gamers. I get there at 7:30 this morning and I see a line. I say what the hell and get in line. At 7:45 employees come out announce that they have 41 and pass out tickets and I am #24 within the next 15 minutes there were a 100 people there. Total craziness. Just thought I would share my story. Hope to get enough on Ebay to get a PS3 or another 360 for my Son for X-MAS. Peace and good luck scoring one fellows.
