It's not just me right? Everybody is having a hard time finding controllers right? My wife mentioned she was having a hard time finding some extra ones for me for Christmas.

Kev, I'm having a HELLUVA time trying to find extra controllers so I can exchange Marvel Alliance for them. I don't understand why the heck they're so hard to find!

I picked up another controller at EB yesterday(last one they had). So I have 3 now.I have not been able to locate another nunchuck yet in ANY store.

Games I have o far

Zelda
Madden
Fishing game (forgot the name)
Rayman Raging rabbits
MOnkey Ball
Rampage

Brian, or anyone else....I'm curious to know your impressions of Rayman. That game LOOKS fun, but I'm worried about it being worth the price, especially considering it's possible lack of replay value....Impressions would be great!

According to this thread at slickdeals.net, the Toys R' Us in Times Square in New York City got over 8,000 (yes - 8,000) Wiis in at some point in the last day or two, and you could walk in at any point all day today and buy one....but now they're sold out.

Why would one store (albeit the biggest toy store in New York) get multiple thousands of units and you can't find a single one anywhere around here?

Rayman is ok, but not worth 50 bucks. I bought it for my 7 year old and he has only played it twice. I would say rent, not buy.

Sorry fellow OS'ers for this dumb question, but how/what type of device do I need to set this up for DL for the Wii? I have high speed internet. I do not see an outlet for a ethernet ont the Wii.

You need a wireless router. Plug it into your modem and you are gtg. Your Wii will find it and connect automatically

What will happen once the initial run of games runs out? I was looking at the Wii release dates and there seems to be quite a drought over the next few months. I really hope Nintendo pumps out some decent titles to keep us busy as Warioware wont hold me over for long. I don't think Nintendo is pulling a Gamecube on us..at least I hope not. It's probably due to 3rd parties jumping on the bandwagon late. It seems like many developers saw how popular the Wii would be after E3 and then decided to develop for it. This is where having the Xbox 360 comes in handy :-)

so the rumor is gamestop/eb games are getting in a new shipment today. If i call them right at 10, would they hold it until lunch or am i screwed?
