        I picked up a 1 gig SD card for $14.95 from CC. What are they used for other than downloading VC games?

          Nothing, unless you want to move some pics onto the Wii.

              I thought game saves are on the internal flash memory or whatever it's called.

                Yeah, but I think you can transfer over your saves to an SD card such as if you were going to be returning your system.

                        If they were a 2 player game, yep.
                        Just as XBL points do, except 1 point equals 1 cent. So 100 points, is 1 buck.

                          So you can play a two player game online with someone else?? I haven't touched the VC yet, so I have no idea.

                          Heel, the game prices are as follows:

                          NES Games = 500 pts
                          SNES = 800 pts
                          N64 = 1000 pts
                          Genesis/Mega Drive = 800 pts
                          TGX-16 = 600pts

                          Like EG said, every 100pts = $1.

                          I still think the prices are a bit too high. Hopefully they bring them down soon.

                            Thanks. I see they just released Nintendo Baseball. I used to love that game. It's actually still fun.

                              If they release RBI Baseball or Baseball Stars, I might have to buy a Wii.

                                I've been tempted to get it, but the moment I do, they'll announce Baseball Stars minutes later. Same reason I'm waiting on Ice Hockey, as I need Blades of Steel.
