Re: Playstation Network and discussion
yes, I can now speak Korean. What I have been waiting for!I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
I'm rather impressed by all these updates by Sony so far. There are features they should have had going out the gate, but with time all that will be fixed. I'm glad to see that PS2 games now are finally working right.Directly from Sony: http://www.us.playstation.com/ps3/network/updatesComment

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
So when I download this update and then pop in ncaa football 07, it's going to look better than before?
Will I have to change any settings in the game or will it just look better? It looks crappy right now on my 19 inch widescreen HD monitor. Lots of blurriness and jagged edges. It actually looked better on my SD TV.Proud Supporter Of...The Iowa HawkeyesThe Chicago BlackhawksThe New York YankeesThe Chicago CubsThe Chicago BullsMachester United FCComment

If your using HDMI and a game is in 480i, will it correct the image though since HDMI doesn't accept 480i?Comment

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
Originally I hated surfing because 1080p is so small now with this update, I can zoom in and out using the square button and L2 R2, and the browser is faster.Last edited by backbreaker; 01-24-2007, 08:00 PM.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
ok... so my USB ports are screwed up. I did the update, after it completed it asked for me to connect the controller via the USB cable and press the PS button. Well, I did that... and it didnt recognize the controller. I've had issues with it sporadically but wasn't sure if it was in my head or an actual issue... tonight tells me its an actual issue.
I did some testing on it and it seems that only one of my USB ports even works partially. When I plugged up my USB hub, only one of the ports lit it up, the others didn't respond at all. When I try to plug my controller into this port, still nothing.
I suppose I'm lucky that it happened today because I can't remember if Walmart had a 30 or 90 day return policy on this item and my 30 day would be up on January 26.Comment

Re: Playstation Network and discussion
Yeah... I definitely am. I'm hoping that they don't have any 20s in stock and they'll let me exchange it for a 60 at no additional cost or something (doubtful but who knows). I'm just sorta miffed at the whole thing... but oh well, it's not dyer.Comment
