I still say a game in the vein of NHL Hitz (or Hitz Pro even) and NBA Jam/Street would be perfect for the handheld genre.

I would agree, but the stingy side in me demands that it has to be 60 FPS to be monumental.

Tearaway might be the only game I'm really looking forward to on Vita. I'm hoping there's some new announcements at E3, Gamescom, and TGS. Amazing piece of hardware that just isn't selling or getting a ton of support. Ports of old indie games just don't do it for me. PS4 functionality is nice, but it will be disappointing if the device's future is being an accessory.

*I'm also looking forward to Dragon's Crown (new 2D RPG from the guys that made Grim Grimoire and Odin Sphere), Soul Sacrifice, Y's: Memories of Celceta, and Valhalla Knights 3.

yeah I would love nhl or nba 2k on the vita...2k would be a dream come true on the powerful vita...

we dont even know if we are getting Madden 25 or not...no announcements yet

I'd be surprised if Madden and FIFA don't come out this year on Vita. EA puts those two games on every platform possible.

I haven't played it yet, but my gf said she played it Saturday night with her cousins and really liked it. I may have to download it and try it out.

I think she was playing it on PS3.

If you like Metroid-type games, you'll probably enjoy it. Lots of throwbacks to those types of games.

100% agree. It's basically the PS3 version in a handheld. Great improvement over last years version.
