If anyone has a Killzone beta code they aren't going to use, please send it to me.

I want to see what the hype is about.

Just the Vita probably having a serviceable FPS. COD was fun (wish I didn't break my game), but just wasn't at all comparable to the console version. This is... dare I say... a mini version (4 v. 4 is the only true limitation I'm seeing).

I didn't ever receive an extra beta code, and I don't see it on the PSN Store even as a PS+ member. I hope you find one!

I almost want to stop playing the beta myself. I've only played about five rounds, but I'm good enough already for a purchase. Don't want to throw away the excitement of playing when I first play the purchased version of the game, you know?

Oh hmm, I searched for it too (literally with the Search feature) yesterday and couldn't find anything.

I'm getting some kills. I can't stay connected to a game, though. I'm sitting right next to my router too.

I actually searched for it through the sony online entertainment website on my PC and added it to my download queue from there:

Dang, wish I knew. I could have given somebody else my code then.

Was mentioned on GAF that the football manager for vita is just classic mode, can anyone elaborate on what that means?

There's some difference between the two modes. On the PC version of FM, you get normal and classic mode options. Classic is basically less time consuming and more streamlined. It also had a much better skin/layout than normal.

This link has a pretty good description of the difference.

I made the switch to classic mode this past year and never looked back. I simply do not have the time to manage all the little things in FM and it's so much better to have some of the annoying things taken care of for me.

Stuff like handling the media, conversing with players and staff just became too tedious for me. Plus the director of football is pretty helpful, because he will handle the contracts and bidding for free agents for you, and still give you the final say on any decisions.

                        Edit:
I'd also like to point out that while the iphone/android versions are similar and based on FM's classic mode, it's still lacking a lot of the functionality of the PC version. I'm really happy that we're getting a Vita version with the PC's classic mode (with cross saves), because it means I won't have to use splashtop to play the game when I'm not on my desktop.

Yep. Classic is the way I went and never looked back. Makes more sense to have the more streamlined mode on the handheld.

KillZone: Mercenary will be the FPS title to own on Vita. Hands down.

The only problem is people are already getting way too good online, and have too much stuff equipped. If you don't match up, you will be out-manned in a one-on-one situation.

Just make me stop playing so the retail game still feels nice and fresh!
