Re: PSVITA Handheld Information

Ps vita includes two analog sticks, a 5-inch (130 mm) OLED multi-touch capacitive touchscreen, 4 core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor and a 4 core SGX543MP4+ graphics processing unit (just hope it brings twitter built in app).

With this config, Ps Vita gaming experience will be EPIC.

      Wired in-depth review.

      Link

Having trophies for these, as well as a welcome addition to my portable gaming, made Trophies genuinely matter to me for the first time. In fact I spent a few hours that evening playing Uncharted 3 on the PS3 with the Vita open on my lap to keep track of the Trophies I still had to win. Being able to take my Trophy collection with me felt good.

I don't think that is true at all Blzer, if you purchase the digital download you will get the online pass with it. When you buy PS3 games off of PSN, they come with the online pass. Like Madden is $29 on there, you get the online pass with it.

Your not buying the game second hand which the online pass is used for to combat places like Gamestop, BBY, Used Game/Movie stores, etc from selling these games used.

If they did this, I would say that this is the stupidest company in videogame history and are just asking to bury themselves further into the ground than what they already are. The digital prices to me are a joke for Vita games at $5 cheaper.....these things should be $10 cheaper on there. Both MSFT and Sony have digital distribution pricing all wrong if you ask me.......how much I wish Apple would get into the console business, they would school both of these companies with pricing IMO.

At a glance, articles talking about the Vita online pass say you have to purchase it if you buy digitally from the PSN.

This digital distribution method could be a bigger failure than the PSPGo if that is true/remains.

1.5gb for HSG, 3.2gb for Uncharted. So yeah I guess if I go digital downloads, I'll need a pretty big card. An 8gb will fill up pretty quick. I guess it hinges on this online pass mess.

You might be right. I'm going off a video review where the guy said that, but maybe he didn't actually know. Let me find that video and show you where I got that from.

And you're definitely right in that it would be a stupid move, so let's just hope that I'm wrong and Sony isn't stupid.

EDIT: Here you go. Take it for what it's worth.

I'm just going to bite the bullet and get the 64 GB card and be done with it. I know if I don't I'll eventually run out of space and this way I don't have to consider file size before I download something. It's expensive as hell when you compare it to memory in general but when you've got fat stacks like me it ain't a big deal...

Doesn't it only go as high as 32 GB? If there's a 64, I'll go with that as well.

There is only a 32gb card, no 64gb at the moment.

So The Show doesn't come out on Vita until the end of March right? That's what Amazon says. I'm going to wait and get both versions of The Show at the same time in hopes that there might be some kind of bundle *fingers crossed*. This year is going to be a franchise mode season on The Show for me (last year I did just RTTS), so I don't need the game right away since rosters won't be done yet.

Unless something has changed, both versions were supposed to release on March 6th.

GameStop still has both for 3/6. I'm going to hit up GS today to get HSG.

Those prices for digital copies makes buying a memory card over 8GB, less of a necessity.

I will definitely wait for a price drop now. If the wifi version gets to $200 or even less, or the offer a super bundle, I'll cave.

I want to see what other games are coming out as well.

Oh well. retail for me! I'm getting the 3G version but, beyond the one month pass. I don't see me using 3G too much.

And with that said. I'm getting MvC3 first. Then maybe Ninja Gaiden Sigma. I'll use the voucher on Uncharted. I'm not a baseball fan so, The Show isn't on my radar. I would be nice if they can get Remote Play working with stability.
