Re: Nintendo 3DS Announced
I'm actually pretty into golf, so I'll consider Mario Golf: World Tour. If I get some extra cash, I'll look to get Fire Emblem: Awakening, Mario Golf: World Tour, and maybe Bravely Default.
I'm also looking at Smash Bros. and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire in the future.
Is Animal Crossing worth it? I enjoy those games, but I'm not sure if it's different enough from previous installments, even with the chance to become a kickass mayor.Comment

New Leaf is definitely the best version of AC. Far superior to Wild World and Wild Word 2....I mean City Folk. I'm still playing a year later.Comment

Re: Nintendo 3DS Announced
I can't for the life of me figure out Fire Emblem. Ive had it for a long time but play here and there. I just can't not get my characters killed. And this is in extreme early game too. Ive never failed so hard at a game in my life.Comment

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I can't believe I forgot to mention ALBW.
I know a lot of other people loved Luigi's Mansion, but I just couldn't get into it. I stopped halfway through the 2nd mansion. Started feeling repetitive going through the same mansion for 7 or 8 different missions and I really wasn't a fan of shining the light on every wall you pass by just to make sure I'm not missing an invisible door.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment

I hear you on Luigi's Mansion. All valid points and that certainly keeps it from being an all-time classic game. It's still very good, and for me, was a nice deviation after suffering through SMT IV.I can't believe I forgot to mention ALBW.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Having watched MK8 a ton this past week, I decided to pick up 7 on the 3DS (as it's the only current Nintendo system I own).
I'm now wondering where this has been in my life since the N64 days (the last one I played).
Having no problems finding online games, either - I'd imagine there still going to be a good-sized community for a while yet since it remains the newest handheld Kart game.
The Phoenix trilogy has me interested, but I already know the stories (though not ALL the details - it was too long ago) so I might only end up getting it for added content, if I get it at all. I want to see just how much better it looks on the 3DS.Last edited by bcruise; 06-07-2014, 02:17 PM.Comment

Re: Nintendo 3DS Announced
Mario Golf is going to get a TON of play in this little machine. Much more to it than I thought.
Amazed at how this console came back from the dead after the price drop and some games came out.
