Finally got around to buying a Play and Charge Kit.

Another thing I bought is the Stereo Headset Adapter. It's funny because I also got a brand new wireless controller. Adapter slides right in no problem, but will not fit the controller that came with my Sunset Overdrive console. The same controller I was unable to use the standard Xbox One Headset with. Think there was some kind of design flaw with that specific model. Either way it's nice to be able to game using the Sony Gold's on the XB1.

All I can say about all this is I've had both consoles since launch. In the beginning I was on my ps4 constantly...over the past 6 months however I have turned on my ps4 only once. Not a fanboy or conscious decision it's just the way it's gone. And now that I picked up an elite controller I don't think it'll change anytime soon...

What makes the Elite controller so good? I've heard/read others talk about how it's incredible and they can't go back to any others.

I'm kind of regretting getting a PS4 over an XB1.
My family is fine with the PS4. It's worked very well for us and we've no complaints.
However, I do miss XBL, the XB controller and I like the exclusives over what PS4 has.

But, my boys wanted a PS4 because that's what some of their friends got.
I guess I'll have to buy an XB1 for me.

What makes the Elite controller so good? I've heard/read others talk about how it's incredible and they can't go back to any others.

I'm kind of regretting getting a PS4 over an XB1.
My family is fine with the PS4. It's worked very well for us and we've no complaints.

For me personally there are 2 things:

1) I have very large hands (hello ladies!) so being able to change to longer analogs is great.

2) I'm 42 so having to move my thumbs less by using the paddles instead of button presses plus trigger locks actually has helped me compete better with all the young ones in Halo 5 lol

It's just your basic SCUF-type controller, except first party and that gives people more peace of mind.

Well worth the price for some, not even close for others.

Also, don't regret a PS4 over a One. Just get both and enjoy the gaming. Well worth it.

It is nothing like the SCUFF controller. I do not believe that a scuff allows you to tweak the dead zones on the sticks and triggers. That alone makes it better and not to mention much cheaper

Well today was the first time me using the Xbox Live Party feature on my PC. Must say that it was a great experience. Played League of Legends on my PC while talking through xbox live party on my pc to xbox friends playing with me.

I bought a 2TB external h/d for my Xbox One. Whenever I turn my console off, the external's light continues to blink slowly. Is this common / ok? Or is there a setting on the console that I need to change to turn my hard drive off (if there is, I'm not seeing it)?

It's not doing anything. Mines do it it and I put my hand on the drive and don't feel it spinning.

I have a WD 2TB ext hard drive and it does the same thing whether it's in power saver or instant on. I don't think there's anything to worry about because I've had no problems with it and I've had it for a few months now.
