Not sure that's normal, make sure you're checking your display settings when you plug it into a new output device like that

My Psa4 pro looked sharp and perfectly fine. This is what has me scratching my head

Remember, the money is made in software, hardware makers usually take a loss, so aside from worrying about the competition bringing hardware to market first they have no incentive to come out with a console. And they'll need a decent amount of games for a new console too, so another reason they will have to likely wait even if the hardware is ready sooner rather than later.
You guys are probably right. Thanks for the input.

Right now I think it'd be better to go with the upgrade because I assume that the PS5 will come out first and have full backwards compatibility... but if Microsoft goes an releases the new consoles early, I dont want to upgrade to the X only to get rid of it a year later.

          Thoughts?
The next most powerful console will be the next XBOX which will release next year around October in 2020. You can wait or go for it now but that is when I predict it will come out. MS will announce their skus at E3 this year

Next xbox will be superior to the PS5. That you can bank on

PRO UI is 4k and X is 1080p...My x does not look pixelated on my lg4k monitor but the pro ui is sharper. But in games...well we know how that story goes

Want to get a headset for my X. I don't game online a lot. This would mainly be used for playing solo or for movies (atoms app). Would hope that it would work with PC as well but not a deal breaker. I don't know jack about gaming headsets so hoping for some input from you guys. Recommendations? Not super concerned about money but don't want to spend more then I need to. Thanks in advance.

I use the Sony Platinum Wireless Headset (wired for Xbox One X) along with Dolby Atmos for headphones.

                  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/do...vot:reviewstab.

Dolby Atmos for headphones cost $14.99

The purely wireless headset foe XB1 is probably LucidSound’s LS35X’s. It connects like a controller, so there is no base station, no need for optical audio, and does chat without the need to be tethered to the controller.

They also sound really good, with both an embedded mic that you can use in a pinch, and a boom for more regular chat use.

If you don’t mind plugging onto you controller, and chat is not a big deal, then you can use any headset you own.

I’ve tried and owned a ton of “gaming” headsets and the overwhelming majority are trash with poor sound quality. These are geared toward PC, but I bought the adapter on amazon which was cheap and use it with my Xbox x and it sounds incredible. I use them with headphones amps but they sound great with an amp as well. They’re open backs but still have nice clean bass. Not that muddy crap bass from astros etc. Easily one of my favorite headphones ever.

Based on Sennheiser’s top-tier gaming headsets, our Sennheiser PC37X features the same exceptional audio and microphone quality, with some key tweaks to make it even better.

Here is what you need and they don't cost a bundle, about $50 or so..comes with a Dolby Atmos code too so you won't have to pay $15 for that. I have these and they work fantastic, super light, very comfortable and sound good.

Here's a review if you want more information:

-- Reach is being added, and will be the first portion released on PC.

Live now on iOS and Android. Could see multiplayer, parties, achievements, etc in mobile games.

Also the new version of the connect app in the Windows 10 Insider builds allows you to stream your games to your Xbox.

Have we heard anything more on the rumor that MS was going to have a disc trade in deal? Or maybe it'll get announced with the rumored disc-less Xbox One S? I'd love for this to be a reality, I don't really use discs anymore (too much of a pain, and one of my 2 xboxes has a faulty drive lol)
