    Re: Xbox One

I'm wondering if anyone has input on this. When I'm streaming netflix, or sometimes when I go to the app, my modem is resetting itself. This has also happened in multiplayer.

Just curious if anyone else is seeing this. It only happens when I am on xbox live.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

      Re: Xbox One

Finally gave in to buy the Xone after having a PS4 since launch.

Although, I was more than happy with the PS4, I just couldn't resist the exclusives anymore (Killer Instinct, Forza, Halo, Titanfall).

Folks, I have a question: I am currently working in Africa and don't know whats the market like back home. Would you guys recommend me purchasing sports games (Madden, NHL, NBA 2K) on the One or the PS4 if I am playing mostly online?

I am asking this because I know the PS4 is selling more but whats it like in the US at the moment for sports? I'll probably get fifa for the ps4 but what about American sports? Doesn't the One usually have a greater market share in the US? Will I find a more active community on the One? Strictly talking about those 3 sports titles.

rumor/leak of MS $75 credit with XB1 purchase in July, per NeoGAF. hope it's true. also hope Amazon throws some gas on the fire with another $50 off promo. i'd be all over that combo.

I think the developers are having an easier time at getting sports game up to 1080p/60fps on the PS4. FIFA was able to do it last year for the XB1 but I've noticed that there is more blurriness while playing it on the XB1 compared to the PS4. I think I've seen you around the PES forum so if you're going to check it out the PS4 version has already been confirmed at 1080p/60fps. No word on the XB1 yet.

the difference isn't really noticeable...either system the games will play the exact same.

I don't see what the selling matters on the topic....

Vizio's are selling LED's faster than LG....doesn't take away the fact that the LG's are better t.v.'s.

If you're going by numbers, then you're focused on the wrong things...

Games play the same and the visuals are tiny difference..

@KG Yeah bro I used to be big into PES, unfortunately had to switch to the dark side..lol.. Lets hope Konami offers some competition!

@behindshadows I was focused purely on how large a community you guys think each title will have. I want a larger player base regardless of resolution. I guess its hard to estimate that but if I can rephrase my point; you guys being sports gamers, do your friends/online buddies prefer the One or the PS4 for stuff like Madden/NBA/NHL/WWE?

As an owner of both systems who admits the PS4 is my main console, it's hard for me to answer your question. My friends play on PS4 but that doesn't mean anything. I've always found online to slightly favor the Microsoft consoles as far as activity. All I can tell you is behindshadows is right and the games will look and play the same on either console, and as far as online goes my personal experience is to go with Xbox if that is your main priority with gaming, but I can't provide facts or numbers about total numbers of online gamers on each console for each game. Not sure if there is a site that offers that information.

There's a price difference between LG and Vizio.

I traded my Titanfall disc and will be buying digital since its on sale this week. Will I still have to download the whole game that is still installed on my HD?

Nope. Once you buy the digital license, you're good. I did the same thing with Forza 5.

Microsoft no longer has plans to allow retail XBOX One consoles to be used as devkits.

This is more disappointing to me about the system than no longer bundling the Kinect and making it optional (which prompted me trading away my XBOX One). The way Microsoft has walked back just about every unique selling point of their system since it was first announced last May and made it just a game box has been really disappointing to me.
