VIP model numbers are Motorola, Cisco model numbers start with IPN or ISB

I see. All Cisco boxes I had seen were "Explorer ****HDC" or something along those lines. I hadn't seen one starting with ISB yet. Thanks for the context.

Got my XboxONE/Madden 15 bundle this afternoon around 12:30. Setup was a breeze, only took me 20mins to download both 480MB updates. Love that you don't have to change inputs to switch between TV and game. Dashboard UI not as confusing as people say (way better than 360's dashboard.) My wife is excited about it too, she wants me to get the Kinect so she can play Xbox Fitness, all we need is the HBOGO app and we will be set!

It's a great system and my wife likes it way more than past gaming systems...Enjoy

              Re: Xbox One

got my bundle yesterday too. took most of the night to get setup, no fault of MS though. i was multi-tasking with a FFL draft and then the baby decided to get up for an hour (go to sleep! does daddy interrupt you when you have a new toy?!)

eBay'er with my Kinect took his sweet time mailing it. won't be here until thurs/fri

one confusing part about setup was the OneGuide setup. since i didn't have Kinect, it wasn't apparently obvious that i was supposed to "lie" and click "i have an IR blaster" to complete the OneGuide setup. i kept clicking "skip" and therefore everytime i opened OneGuide it complained about needing to be setup.

Snap - how do i turn snap on/off with controller? playing NHL demo, pressed home button, snapped Twitch and started broadcasting. am i stuck with snap screen? i couldn't for the life of me figure out how to go back to full screen NHL while broadcasting.

When Twitching...LOL... I believe you have to double tap the Xbox button and it takes you back to full screen.

My Madden Bundle came yesterday! Amazon also added a $35 gift card for ordering the bundle. Did not expect it. Nice little bonus. I bought a used Kindle on ebay and I gotta say, the voice commands work pretty well for me so far. I pretty much just set things up with the TV integration and installed Madden and Dead Rising 3. I mostly ended up setting things up, watching TV through the x1 and playing with commands. I am not sure if I can get my wife on board with using the xbox to watch tv, but I will try. Played DR3 for a few minutes, but it was a long day and I fell asleep in my chair, controller in hand. I have Diablo 3 to install and can't wait until I can play some tonight.

One of my concerns, and I am sure Microsoft has thought of this, is if you are a heavy TV watcher, am I killing the life of my xbox1. I have it hooked up to a receiver and tried to see if I can still watch TV independent of the xbox (not that I thought it would actually work). I personally like the voice commands and to be able to switch between TV and Netflix quickly.

Anyone wants to add me, by GT is bigdbo51.

I saw some used ones at GameStop for 129...They are going for $50 - 70 on ebay and ebay is flooded with them. They need to bring that price point down.

The hardware guys designed the Xbox One to be able to be "always on" (fully on plus the connected standby state known as "instant on") for 10 years.

I bet after the 360 issues this was a huge priority, along with the fact that the system's on when we watch TV (which is usually way more hours than just gaming alone). Plus add on streaming stuff, we use systems a lot more.

I never hear my system's fan or anything like that, at least not noticeable.

I love how new Kinect is more muted with lights. The first one had the infrared that was so visible in a dark room, but now it just fades in the dark a bit.
