I am not by my PS4 at the moment but I revoked PSN access to my youtube account and will try to log into the Youtube app on my PS4 when I get home. Not sure if this would have caused the issue or not but when the update first dropped, I tried to upload a video to youtube before downloading the youtube app on my PS4.

Im going to sign into the youtube app on my PS4 first and then try to upload a video to my YT account.

I did the exact same thing actually and that's what had me wondering if that's what messed things up.

Only thing have listed is Google Chrome, nothing about PSN.

I changed the settings for USB ports always on, but I'm still having the same problem trying to turn on the console from Rest mode. I guess I'll just power it off until there's a patch.

I turned them always on and made sure no disc in the system when putting it into rest/standby mode. Haven't had any issues since I started doing that.

I never leave a disc in the PS4. Take it out everytime I finish playing.

Yes. I am actually wondering if it's more so the disc being in and the playstation thinks it has work to do instead of fully going into rest mode.

I always take the disc out. Personally, I wish consoles would have a flip top (slim and super slim ps2) or sliding door (super slim ps3) for discs. I hate disc trays and the disc slot.

Don't know if this has been asked or answered not really trying to search the whole thread but does anybody know what a decent speed for Internet is for streaming on the ps4 through twitch or ustream? I ask because I see some peoples are crystal clear with no hiccups or glitches while others are pixilated and glitch often. Thanks for your help was just seeing if my stream would be clear or not if I started doing it again. Haven't done any streaming since like feb or March

2.5 upload or higher. Now if you got other people in your house on the internet doing stuff at the same time, like watching Netflix or something, then yeah, you going to need a much higher internet speed to stream.

My disc always stays in the PS4, only time a disc comes out is when I am putting a different one in there. My PS4 hasn't done the lock up at all.

With maybe the exception of one day where I popped in fifa, I've had the Destiny disc in my tray non stop since it launched.

I think I only take the disc out if I switch games.
