Never ceases to amaze me how quickly these companies can take money off the card but when you ask them for it back, you've gotta wait, hilarious. But let me try to tell them to wait 3-5 days on a bill, bet my lights go off.

That makes sense. So the bank has the money this entire time, except that Sony has closed that loop by saying if you go to them, we will ban you. So we're back at smh Sony

Not to get too technical with an irrelevant side bar but not even the bank has it, the merchant services company has it and they determine the timeframe mentioned.

It's all dependent on their batch schedule and some are much quicker than others.

True but the fact remains all that "time" is taken by the company and the card holder sees the funds immediately.

For instance you have $100 in your account, I charge you $50 but you return items couple hours later and I issue credit back to your card, then run a balance check, you will see $100.

That's what I want. Why am I stick waiting

Yeah, still pissed about Horizon being delayed. The gameplay video (scroll down) looks great and the depth appears to be close to The Witcher III.

So I went ahead and took some pics to show ya'll. Evidently it was Overwatch bought, DLC for Blackops 3,Wallet funds added, Overwatch loot crate, and two seasons of some show called Powers.

Unless someone accessed your PS4 remotely (via PS Vita, which i don't know if you have one, or a PC), i will have to think the customer support guy just lied to you.

Phobia that sucks. Did you have 2 factor authentication set up? Im sure you did this already but make sure you change your password. Whoever bought those games would not be able to enjoy them if they can no longer access your account.

I never checked, I woke up and went to work. Logged in my bank so I could pay some bills, see those two charges from Sony. I've yet to be home so I might know more when I get home. I'm unsure if they will be there or if they will already have been removed by Sony.

I wish that was the case but I also have proof because I was streaming the whole time I was online.

I was having PC issues at the time but this confirms I was no where near the PS4 lol (I fixed it, new AMD patch installed PlaysTV & Raptr which was eating CPU usage up in the background. Removed it this morning and stream back to good)

So this was right after I closed PS4 since PSN was down. Go figure but I forgot, we were talking about 2 factor and him being hacked.

Its all sorted as it will get lol. Sony issued 3-5 day refund of the $79.98 on my account, my bank cancelled my card, got a new card for lunch, and now I wait for my refund to hit my account.

All passwords being changed, all cards removed from accounts, and stare blankly into space as I ponder what to do next about the PS4 issue.

Just use one of those Vanilla pre-paid Visa cards for PSN, that's what I do and just recharge it whenever you need to add funds to it. It's same as using a debit/credit card except it's not linked to any of your bank accounts
