Except all those games will have cross platform play so you are getting all those cheaters there too. Then you have guys with a PC having better hardware so they get a leg up with higher frame rates, less input lag, using a KB+M, etc.

Re: Microsoft E3 2016 Discussion Thread (Press - 6/13)
I'm the opposite.
Using a controller for FPS competitive shooters doesn't feel natural. I prefer to be competitive. I find Overwatch to be awkward using a controller. The game also plays differently. Some heroes are more useful when you bring a pointing device that's more accurate.
There are cheaters on PC, but there are server admins and hopefully the publisher/developer helps out with that.
I like how PC is about choice. I can use whatever controller I want if the game supports it. There is usually a decent modding community to help support and improve games.
Trbojorn excels on consoles and widow maker excels. But to me I have no trouble using a controller and prefer to sit in my chair and relax while playing and not sit at a desk or have some table top type thing sitting on my lap to play at my tv.

It really depends. They're obviously in bed with AMD and have a better idea of what's coming. We have an understanding about AMDs Polaris architecture, but Vega is something unknown at this point.
I think when people think of Xbox, they think of AAA titles. Those title will have issues with 4k@60fps based on our current knowledge.
Either way, I'm excited as hell for Scorpio and Neo, and can't can't wait to hear/see more"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Yeah I know you can do this for Rocket League, I assume it's similar and will be similar for other games as they start to support this feature.Fino Alla Fine

In a game like Paragon the cross-play isn't something you can disable but it's not a game where KB/m gives an advantage. For anything shooter/twitch related I'd imagine they'd have to include the option like Rocket League does"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

I loved a lot of what I saw. The post responding to you guys regarding cross play and pc guys still being able to cheat, interesting. We'll see how that's implemented.
I remember Shadowrun on the Xbox 360 being cross play and the pc guys were destroying us 360 players lol.
As far as the Scorpio announcement, it sounds amazing and Holiday 2017 isn't too far away.
I was always an Xbox guy prior to PS4, loved my Xbox & xbox 360. But I went PS4 this gen because of price & power. But by no means am I console loyal and if Scorpio delivers what it's saying then I'll gladly purchase one. Very curious to see what Sony brings in regard to Neo down the road.
I enjoyed much of what I saw.Comment

Forza Horizon 3 looks and sounds amazing. Super pumped for it.
Just like the real place, the Australia of Forza Horizon 3 is absolutely massive – in fact, it’s is twice as big as Forza Horizon 2’s map. You’ll explore Australia in more than 350 amazing carsIn previous Forza Horizon games, you’ve been a participant in the world’s biggest cars and music festival. In Forza Horizon 3, you’re the boss. With Blueprint, you can take any of the hundreds of pre-created events in Forza Horizon 3 and customize them to your exact specifications. That can include things like changing the route for a particular event, the time of day and weather conditions, the eligible cars, event restrictions, and more. You can even give an event its own name, which is important because you’ll be able to share your event and see the events that all your friends have created automatically populated in your world. Those events will even have custom posters automatically generated based on the event type.
Should you choose to play any of your friends’ Blueprint events, you’ll earn the same rewards and the same fans that you’d earn for doing the “preset” event built into the game. Between prebuilt events, your own customized events, and those events that your friends dream up, Blueprint provides a virtually limitless stream of events and fun. But it doesn’t stop there.
Remember Bucket Lists – those lists of special challenges that every player should try before leaving the Horizon Festival? Blueprint works with them too. Players can use the Bucket List Blueprint to create brand new challenges, using the same tools that the game designers use. Choose a challenge type, the car you wish to use (including its livery and tuning setup), set the conditions, choose the music, give it a name, and set the difficulty by completing the event yourself. Then you can send that Bucket List Challenge to your friends as a direct challenge to see if they can top your score. But for those who love to customize, Forza Horizon 3 will be a gold mine. We’ve got a wealth of new visual customizations for a huge number of cars in the game, including new off-road and rally parts, more than 30 new rim styles from manufacturers like Rotiform, Fifteen 52, and ADV.1 and, for the first time, widebody kits from industry leaders like Rocket Bunny and Liberty Walk. And that’s in addition to the full slate of livery and tuning options that Forza fans have come to expect in the series. In Forza Horizon 3, we can ensure that you are driving to the music that you love with the brand new Groove Radio station. Groove Radio lets players stream their own personal music collection from the cloud – just add your music to your OneDrive, create a playlist in Groove Music on Windows 10, and Horizon 3 will stream that playlist into your game on Xbox One and Windows 10.We’re making the most of that cross-platform play with our four-player campaign co-op. Everything that is in Forza Horizon 3’s solo campaign can be played with up to four players in cooperative mode. Drop in our out at will; everything you’ve earned in a co-op session with friends will carry on with you once you go back to solo play. You never have to play the same content twice if you don’t want to and your time spent in co-op will always be time well spent. That’s why we’re so excited to be bringing the Auction House and Storefronts features to Forza Horizon 3. With the Auction House, players will be able to buy and sell cars between one another and the Auction House will act as a hub for fans to find the coolest cars, with striking paint jobs and fantastic tunes. The Auction House will feature a new rating system for painters and tuners based on how many downloads, likes, and uses their creations have, so browsers can quickly identify the community’s top creators.
Storefront is the place where players can show off their latest creations – including liveries, tuning setups, photos, and custom vinyl creations. You can easily follow someone whose Storefront creations you like, and you’ll be informed each time they create something new. Best of all, Auction House and Storefront features will work seamlessly across both Xbox One and Windows 10.Between Xbox Play Anywhere functionality, four-player campaign co-op, Auction House and Storefront, as well as social features like 1000-player Car Clubs, Car Meets, seamless multiplayer with no lobbies, Playground games (including an all-new mode called Flag Rush), Rivals events, Online Free Roam and the new Online Adventure, Forza Horizon 3 is packed with amazing ways to enjoy some of the best cars in the world.
With Forza Horizon 3, we’re building an entirely new and different vision of the Horizon Festival, a place where you’re in charge.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Spoiler
Just a joke obviously. I'm just too invested in my PS4. I have maybe 35 games counting digital and disk and I'm not looking to start over and have to float the bill for games on two consoles, memberships, etc.
I had a 360 and PS3 for a long time and loved them both, but it doesn't make sense for me to own both anymore.

Re: Microsoft E3 2016 Discussion Thread (Press - 6/13)
Just watched the conference on youtube, the games were underwhelming to me. I guess because most of everything they showed was leaked already, no surprises really. Gears of War 4 was underwhelming, looks like they just ported it over from Xbox360. I did like the cross play and the new hardware coming out.Comment

Re: Microsoft E3 2016 Discussion Thread (Press - 6/13)
I liked the conference, the Gears demo wasn't all that enthralling, I would've been just as hyped just seeing he part where Marcus shows up lol. All of these games coming to PC is amazing.
You guys brought up an interesting point with trh cross play, the cheating definitely could be an issue. Another thing I wonder is if MS will put out their own branded Windows 10 PC as a starter kit, kind of like a Steam Machine baseline, "this machine will play Xbox Anywhere titles at least as well as an Xbox One" or something like that. Also they were very vague about Scorpio, hard to take anything from it when they're trying to trick people by throwing out teraflops and higher quality pixels lol. We'll see.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

Call me biased or a Microsoft fanboy but I was honestly more impressed with Microsoft's conference.
Yes Playstation came out with lots of really cool looking games but who knows when most of them will come out and I doubt I'll play most of them anyway. I'm glad Microsoft talked about the future and had other quality of life news/features in there, I didn't want it to just be games.
Just my opinion though. I'm really excited for the future and the options we'll have on Xbox.Fino Alla Fine
