Just got the 'delayed' email from them.. (Seattle suburb.. which is back to Covid lockdown..)

I'll never buy a thing from these guys again if my order gets cancelled.

My 'ready for pickup' email came in about 20 minutes after my original post. Picked it up yesterday and got it all set up. Worked out great for me, sorry to hear you're having problems.

Been stuck at the final order screen for over an hour on Wal-Mart. Just circling saying loading. I don't know whether to bail or hang in there. If I was getting it seems like it 2ould have gone through by now

got it on playstation direct got in the queue early and it said i had an hour and it sped up and i could tell i got in early because of how fast it sped up and i was able to get one

Military base Exchange in Coronado

I've tried Bestbuy, Target, Wal-Mart, Amazon, PS Direct, etc.. put in a lot of effort and the closest I've been to securing one was the Navy Exchange website.

If you've received the Best Buy 'delayed pickup' email, just hold tight.

As long as you haven't been been issued a refund, you'll get the console you ordered.

Apparently Best Buy had them available online this morning at 5:30am for pickup on Black Friday.

Buddy of mine has one in the cart and its "processing"

that controller omg so huge and clunky. I hope Sony has plans to release a regular size old style controller. looks like it could be a cousin of the cellphones from 30 years ago

I've heard a lot of good, and none bad, but after 15 years of playing with basically the same size controller, I don't need the controller to be a reinvented wheel. that's the function I'm looking for out of the console lol

I'm seeing on Twitter where a lot of people's orders are being cancelled now or were cancelled hours after they had confirmation.

I stayed up until midnight hoping best buy would go live then but no luck. Wasn't staying up any longer than that.

I have big hands, so I really like the form factor. Haven't played much, but like the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback
