I figured that the target was a dynamic upscale to 4k, locked 60FPS with improved RT.

I guess that's cool. My main thing is that it'll would've been better if they would've had a first party game to take full advantage of it, besides Silent Hill 2. Right now, they'll be highlighting sports games, Black Myth Wukong, Star Wars Outlaw. I'm leaning towards passing. But, I would be lying if I'm not out completely. I would want to see a significant enough of an upgrade to warrant it. The only way I would buy the Pro is if I can sell my base PS5 and a couple things to essentially not pay for the Pro

Oh wow. Dave the Diver is a great game. If you can get passed the 8 bit graphics, it’s really fun.

This current month, Skul the Hero Slayer has been surprisingly good too.

PlayStation is missing out not making a true handheld to play ps4 level type games. I would get one in a heart beat

Dave the Driver! Great news, it's a very fun game (regardless of the graphics). Of course, lately I've been able to play for no more than an hour per week (talking about playing in general) so... Not the best time for any purchases.

Depends. I use it at least twice a week. Head to In-Laws for my wife and her mom to chat, and I'll bring my Portal.


Wife working from home, I'll grab my Portal and hang with her if I'm home.


Traveling for work? It's amazing!


I got it for $190, and for me, it's worth it.

Yea I think for me it would be worth it since I've got some gamestop giftcards I need to use. With my job I can bring it with me and play while I'm on my lunch break or slow times. That alone would be worth it probably

I bought one for my kid this past Christmas and overall it’s really a pretty cool device. The screen is well above average for an LCD and the slightly smaller dual sense controller feels great.

I bought it mainly to get him off the main TV a little, but funnily enough, he almost exclusively plays on his portal now.

To be completely honest, if I had bought one for myself I think I would’ve sold it. There’s a stuttering issue that appears to be inherent to the hardware, and I don’t think Sony has even acknowledged it to this point, so who knows if it will ever be fixed.

If you’re someone who isn’t particularly sensitive to that sort of thing, maybe you’d love it.

It’s just so frustrating that I get a near flawless streaming experience on my Steam Deck, through a third party app, yet nothing can apparently be done for the flagship streaming device..?

I just ordered this controller to make my own portal and to play other stuff on my android tablets/ipad mini/iphone. its also cheaper than the portal and you can use whatever device you want up to 11 inches

I'll be using it to play warzone mobile and retro stuff i have on these devices.

You can find it on Aliexpress, amazon has it way too expensive. It's called BSP D9 mobile controller

I really like the portal. I use it at work and my girlfriend’s house. I haven’t really had any issues.

So since I just got my Steam Deck, never looked up how to remote play with it until now. It works amazing. Not the easiest setup but it wasn’t bad.

Super smooth and the battery life is amazing on the deck while playing. I really don’t notice any delay and get to enjoy an oled handheld while playing.

Just loving the tech right now for gaming.
