Re: Another HDTV questions info thread

I have a uhf/vhf antenna already, but I'm wondering if it even makes sense to dish out money for another one, or shold I shoot for another antenna indoor?

How do I explain this to you. It has rabbit ears, but it also has a circular antenna part in the middle just as tall as the ears when let down, with a knob to turn the power (amplification)up or down, and a connection on the back the says ailemetation which looks like you can plus an adapter or somethin into it, and a connection port for the tv. Does that help any?

            It's made by cornet.

depending on how far away you are from the Tv-station's antennas, it should work well enough for you. you also need to know if you're on hilly or flat land. also, do planes fly over your house a lot. i'm right next to DFW airport, so that antenna would do diddly squat for me. it all depends on where you're at

You know, planes do fly overhead. No hills around here either, and I'm near LAX airport so I guess that's a problem right. What else would I need?
