    Now THAT is cool.

Yeah, I really want an HDTV REALLY bad. I mean, it's not like I don't have the money, I have over $10,000 in my bank. Just, my parents think that it's a waste of money regardless.

Oh yeah, and my mom said, "You can have one, it just can't be plugged in." I'm like WANNA WANNA WAHHHH!

Ok, so for my Xbox to be in High Def, I would need:
            1. High Def AV Pack for Xbox
            2. Component Cables
            3. Enable HD
            ?

I plan on going to Best Buy tomorrow to get the High Def pack for the Xbox..I can't wait.

sounds like you are good to go. Do you have a receiver that has optic audio inputs? If so, you might want to pick up a fiber optic audio line (~$30) from Best Buy also. On the High Def AV Pack you are gonna get will be a small output that you run the optic line from. Using this you get the 5.1 Digital sound as well from the XBox. You gotta have a receiver though that supports Dolby Digital and has a optical audio input.

                Optic cable:

                Atlanta Braves
                - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

                    I don't think so..

I don't have surround sound or anything, my TV has all the outputs/inputs stuff under the screen. I have a digital cable box with some components. I don't have an optic cable though.

If you use component cables on a standard cube, will the picture look any better?
