Samsung's also have a "Game Mode" in the service options. I'm sure yours does as well.

Picked up a 42" 1080P Vizio from CC this afternoon for $1199. On Dec. 7th and 8th, this tv will drop to $999 only @ Sears. I'm taking my receipt back to get $200 off what I paid today.

The tv and the picture quality is gorgeous! I'm extremely happy!

sears had the pan 42 inch 1080p plasma for 1299.. you have 60 day price match for the holidays.. it was as low as 1099 3 weeks ago.. should have gone with that instead of that vizio..

Don't see it listed on their website. Strange. In any case, I read 36 pages of reviews on the Vizio and it got very favorable reviews. In addition, CNET's consumer reviews give it a 8.9 out of 10. So, absolutely no buyer's remorse, especially for $999. Thanks for the info though!

lol I'm not used to the lag, I'm coming from a CRT HDTV without any lag whatsoever.

I wish more companies would keep producing them. They're so cheap and still the best PQ available..

Input lag and pixel response times are two totally different things, and should not be confused.

Okay, so I'm playing Xbox 360 with a VGA cable on my friend's LN-T2342H. We are playing Halo 3 and we have the resolution set to 1360 x 768. I was wondering if there should be a black vertical bar down the right side of the TV? And if so, is there a way to center this so that it's on both sides rather than just one? Or is there another resolution I should use?

Okay, back to my initial complaint about game lag. I'm now playing my friend's 360 with my purchased VGA cable. I'm playing MLB 2K7 and I'm telling you it's the exact same lag I had at Best Buy. Game Mode is on.

Why oh why is this happening?

it's weird, I think I enjoyed gaming better on my 51'' Panasonic in 1080i than I do on my new Widescreen Vizio.
