I'm kinda disappointed with Stadium Arcadium though. With all the hype surrounding it, I expected more for some reason. Oh well, it's not bad, just expected more.

Re: I Just Picked Up...
I like it after a couple listens. There's only one song I really don't like(can't remember which one off hand). I'm not too familiar with Brendan Benson, but I've always liked Jack White's work. I still like the White Stripes' stuff more, but it's good.Originally posted by Fresh Tendrils

Re: I Just Picked Up...
If you enjoy the more poppy songs off the album (Yellow Sun, Hands, etc), then definitely look into Brendan's albums. Its great catchy, pop-rock.Originally posted by TimmeHI like it after a couple listens. There's only one song I really don't like(can't remember which one off hand). Re: I Just Picked Up...
Thanks to Circuit City's Memorial Day sale, I picked up two Beatles CDs for $9.99 a piece: Magical Mystery Tour and Revolver.
This past week I ordered three CDs from yourmusic.com and hopefully they'll come in the mail sometime this week:
Jeff Buckley - Grace
The Police - Outlandos D'Amous
Janis Joplin - Cheap Thrills

I'll probably be picking up AAF's "Up in the Attic" this Tuesday along with either Thom Yorke's "Eraser" or HW 3's "Straight to Hell."

Re: I Just Picked Up...
I didn't pick up another HW3 album or Thom Yorke's solo album, just "Up in the Attic" which is better than the first, but not as good as truANT, which I thought was superb.
I did pick up some DVDs though: Once Upon A Time In Mexico and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. I probably should have looked into them before I picked them up because they are both the final chapter (so to speak) in a "trilogy" and I haven't see the first 2 installments of either series. Oh well.

Re: I Just Picked Up...
I just got "Flashback" (3 CD Box set) by ELO, Fleetwood Mac's "Complete Greatest Hits" and "Ultimate Alan Parson's Project."
I'm going to go ahead and schill for yourmusic.com. I'm loving it. It's owned by BMG/Columbia House, but unlike the other CD clubs there are no requirements other than 1 CD per month. Each single CD on the site (same catalog as Columbia House) is only $5.99, so you're basically charged $5.99 a month (you have to create a music queue where they automatically send the next CD on your list). There are no shipping charge on any CDs (and no tax that I've seen). After you buy the one, you can purchase as many as you want for the same $5.99. Double CD sets are only $11.98. 3 CD sets are $17.97, etc. There is no shipping or tax on the additional purchases either. If you're looking to fill out your collection or just get some good deals, it's nice. That Flashback CD is usually around $40 anywhere else. The only negative is that the free shipping takes about 9-10 days, which through regular mail isn't bad, and it takes a little while for them to get the latest releases.
If any of you decide to look into it. Let me know. I can get a referral CD out of it. lolMario Kart Wii: 1203 9969 5095
